I have been going back and forth with this company regarding this. They are telling me that there is nothing they can do because orders are marked as delivered. On April 28, 2025, I purchased a Remote-Controlled Lawn Mower from Temu for $2,384.30. The purpose of this purchase was to help me maintain my yard, as I am an elderly man with limited physical ability and a wife who is ill. I had hoped this machine would ease the burden, but it has turned into a nightmare.Since the day it arrived, the product has not worked properly. Temu initially offered me replacement parts, but the machine is still defective. They later issued a partial refund of only $325.00 and provided $10 in store credit, which I do not want or need. I have no confidence in the business at this point and have lost trust *********** make matters worse, I recently discovered that the item has now been discontinued and is no longer available on their website. This raises serious concerns about the quality and long-term support for the product. Despite being within their stated return policy timeframe (90 days), Temu has refused to issue a full refund or provide a return label so I can send the machine back.This situation has caused a serious financial burden on my wife and me. We are **********, living on a fixed retirement income, and cannot afford to absorb this loss. Temu continues to give me the runaround. Their customer service is confusing and unhelpful, and I feel they are hoping I will simply give up.I am requesting a full refund of $2,384.30 and a return label to send this faulty, discontinued machine back. Hello, I am genuinely upset about my experience with Temu. I have gotten disconnected many times and I have contacted them many times and no one has been able to help me.. It has been about a week of me trying to get a refund as there was missing items in my combined package. There was also damage to the bag meaning my entire package came damaged as well as clearly uncared for. I showed photos/proof of this many times and still am getting treated unreasonably. I really was hoping to enjoy my experience but unfortunately I cannot say I have because of this unsolved issue. It is unacceptable to send me a package that is missing items and not solve the issue as Temu states to have great customer service. Just because the warehouse says it was packed does not mean anything. It could have easily been misplaced or mixed into someone elses package after being checked off. I was excited to receive my items and was let down when part of my package was missing.I do not appreciate the fact that my package came with skid marks and scratches through the bag leaving it opened which could have easily made things fall out of the bag during transit. I am just honestly so tired of asking for the appropriate help and still not receiving a solution. Please take this time to help me with my missing items. On June 6th 2025, I ordered a 262pc camping survival kit off of Temu through seller, ********************** I paid $13.86 for the item, $2.99 for shipping, and $1.38 in sales tax for a total of $18.20. The item shipped on 6/8/25 at 11:13pm. The item was marked as delivered on 6/16/25 at 6:12pm. I searched my entire property three times and couldnt find the package anywhere. I am very close with all of my neighbors and we look out for each other. I walked their properties and have been inside their homes and still havent found my package. I alerted Temu that I never received the package on 6/17/25 at 10:59am and requested a refund. They denied my request stating that the package had been marked as delivered on 6/20/25 at 9:43am. Again, I searched my property and the surrounding neighbors houses and yards and never found it. I initiated a second request for a refund that very same day and also notified *** that the package was never received. *** changed the status of my delivery to claim in progress for lost package investigation. I alerted and gave Temu a screenshot of this update. They denied my refund request again today, 6/23/25 at 5pm EST. Please help to resolve this issue. I have uploaded their delivery guarantee and their refund policy which they did not honor. I have also updated communication between myself and Temu. As stated in my initial complaint, I have extensively searched my entire property and neighborhood for the package and have not found the package. I am not satisfied with the businesses response because that is not actual proof of delivery. Its a screen shot from *** stating it was delivered. I have no reason to be dishonest about not receiving a $20 item. I am requesting that Temu honors their policies about lost packages because I paid for something and have not received it.

I participated in Temus $100 Cash Reward promotion, which promised a ****** payout after completing tasks and purchases. I followed all steps, made several purchases, reaching 100% but then it the app would reset back & show my progress at *****% after multiple purchases.Temu support then told me I still had to spend $306.56 more to unlock the reward a requirement that was never disclosed upfront. I was misled by the progress bar and encouraged to keep spending without clear terms.This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic and violates fair advertising practices. I bought a hand held Mini Welder, I was attempting to weld on trailer, when the machine would come on and run ,but it would not arc. I reached out to customer service and sent them a video of the machine and the metal. Customer for (Qin ** ******, wichis the merchant, but tied in to TEMU, which they connected me to) service informed me of a reshipment or a return/ refund, I requested a reshipment, and customer service asured me that a reshipment was set up. For 2 weeks I would contact this merchant, I did say I would do a return for a refund, but when they told me that they would take the return fee out of my refund, I declined to return the welder ,because I would have to pay for it, I was also in the 90 days return, which is under temu. TEMU ,and the merchant, lead me on telling it was under review for reshipping, I finally began asking more questions, and thats when they connected me to TEMU , and thats when I learned that a reshipment was not active, because they didn't contact me with TEMU, so Ihad to file for reshipment through TEMU, and they had to wait 7 days, while temu ,and the merchant review the complaint of the machine with each other. The merchant at that time let the 7days pass,it took about 9 day, and the ticket, or the reshipment was void, because the merchant set on the ticket or reshipment review by not reviewing the ticket . 2 days later , give or take temu sent me a message, denying me the reshipment.Business Response
