      Temu has sent me three packages this week that I did Not! *********** Im receiving two more.I tried to contact Temu but was give generic choice to choose from. I am supposed to return order but I will still be charged for shipping $ fees on things I didNOT order. I need this to stop.

      The first return for each order is FREE and you can choose to receive your refund back to your original payment method or as Temu credits. If you choose to receive your refund back to your original payment method, please allow 5-14 business days for it to appear since timing depends on your financial institution.

      Im writing about Temu. It's not about the merchandise but what Im complaining about is everyday you get messages saying you get a free gift if you spend over *****. So you spend the ***** and then it tells you "place another order and you will get your free gifts. It goes on and on but you never get your free items. They literally hound you all day about these promotions but it's a scam just to get you to keep buying. I've been duped by them 4 times and now I won't order ever again.

      Temu constantly has this spin game that you earn free products and earn money. Well i hit the limit to earn ******* dollars that I chose to have in credit for temu, I chose 3 products then temu had me pay ***** in order to use some of the *******. Now the rest of my credit is gone. This company is constantly ripping people off. Something needs to be done with them.

      Temu wants to give a ten dollar credit to solve the problem and have me go away. I played this game within temu, I have ordered alot of stuff from temu, and that's how they would like to resolve a game that said I should have won ******* credit and never mentioned I had to order more items in order to get some free items.

      I feel if they want to keep a customer, they would offer a credit of 25 dollars  or 50 dollars.

      I have returned the order back to the seller and they received return items on July the ****** and temu still have not issued a return i have submitted ***** delivery receipt showing that they received package back.

      First week of July 2025 I purchased a Compact Under the ************************ Machine for Seniors from Temu.Com for $61.00 including Tax, I used my ******************** Debit Card ending in **** to pay for the machine, after a couple of weeks I still had not received my order. I then received my ******************** statement which indicated that on July 11th DBT CRD 1544 07/11/25 ******** TEMU.COM 130-248-0611MA, Card # ****in the amount of $61.00 had been deducted from my account. I called ********************** and talked with one of their ***** I explained my purchase to him and the fact my payment had already been run through my bank, I was told after checking he could not find any record of my purchase and that their ************** would contact me within 24 hrs, July 30th I received an e-mail from their support which explained their SOP's and nothing about my purchase.

      It is my opinion that my bank statement showing my payment was received by Temu and presented to my bank showing they received my payment, if they request I will mail a copy of my bank statement to them. i have already deleted the reply they sent to my email after placing my order.
