I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on July 26th, it was marked delivered but I never received it. I have been in constant contact with TEMU customer service but they have failed to help me resolve the issue, instead they keep replying with the same generic message stating the package was delivered to the correct address, they can not re-ship my order or provide me with a refund and lets not forget, they also mention how sorry they are for the inconvenience but yet do NOTHING to helpBusiness Response

Thank you for your response, but I must clarify that I do not accept the resolution youve proposed. I have attached photos of the responses I have received from Temu **************** from Aug 9th - Aug 16th. The core issue remains unresolved: my order, which was marked as delivered on July 26th, was never received, nor have I received a refund for my undelivered order.
I had originally initiated a chargeback with my financial institution but canceled it after Temu assured me that I would receive my refund sooner if I allowed the dispute process to be resolved. Nearly a month has passed, and I have yet to receive my refund or any substantive update on the matter.
At this point, I am requesting that Temu issue a full refund for the order. I do not require a reshipment of the items, as I no longer wish to receive them. I am only seeking the refund that was promised.
I urge you to take swift action to process this refund, as the delay is unacceptable. Please confirm when the refund has been processed and provide a clear timeline for when I can expect to receive the funds.

I ordered two e-scooters on Order # PO-211-*****************. One of the scooters does not work correctly. The motor does not engage when scooter is stopped and the throttle is pushed. The motor only will start when the scooter is already rolling. I contacted the seller via Temu chat and described the problem and asked for an exchange. This should have been very simple to do. Instead, the seller demanded "give me a video" showing the problem. I finally was able to make the video, but I asked the seller how to send it to them, the seller rudely said to "give me on Temu." Temu has sent numerous advertisements and promotions, however, majority of the promotions have not been honored. I took screenshots and provided them to representatives at Temu to explain the promotions offered and the methods of deception that appears to take place when it is time to honor the promotions. On more than one occasion the issue was brought to the companys attention and the actions have not been corrected.The amount disputed is the cash back promotions (2 cash back offers sent through email and 1 cash back offer indicated by a Temu representative) that the company continues to not honor. This was transferred to **** Express to be delivered to my street address in **************** on 08/07/2025.However, Temu's carrier --**** Express --- claimed on the date of delivery that they could not locate my address on ****** maps. Better Business Bureau:At the time of FILING this complaint, Temu had been ignoring all correspondences from me regarding my refund even though they clearly had knowledge of an undelivered package. The continuously ignored approximately ***** emails from me requesting my refund.
It was not UNTIL I contacted the BBB to file this complaint that I FINALLY got results of my refund. It should not have even gotten to that point.
So, although I accept the business response, Temu is well aware of how they handled this and handled my correspondences and it is unacceptable. I hope they show true customer satisfaction in the future by issuing refunds IMMEDIATELY when they see that our package was not delivered.

This order showed a delay in shipping. I went to the **** site and found the reason is due to TEMU not paying enough to ship the item and it was being held for payment.I have been trying to get the customer service team to actually fix this problem but all I get back is a sorry for the delay and here's a 20% off coupon. I ask them everytime when will they pay the missing postage and they refuse to answer this question and will only say, we are keeping an eye on the tracking. I have now insisted that they send out a new jacket since they are refusing to pay the extra shipping and they will not even acknowledge the request. Infact they will not even acknowledge the fact that there is postage owed on this item. It seems they just want me to wait until the 12th to see if the package arrives when the tracking clearly shows that it is not even shipping due to postage being owed. I have never in my life experienced this in customer service. Never has customer service refused to answer my question or even acknowledge the issue. I am furious. Nobody should have to go through this.
