      I ordered 3 items from TEMU.Magnetic Tablet Cover for Sansung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra 2 hands for Sansung watch 8 classic.The package that I received contained a sweater. I contacted TEMU **************** and filed a complaint that the wrong merchandise was chipped to me and asked for a refund or resending of the correct merchandise. The response I received was that they do not make mistakes and can't to anything.

      Order Number: PO-211-***************** ***** Claim Number: C-201285153 Date of Order: August 8, 2025 Amount Paid: $129.09 I am filing this complaint because Temu has failed to resolve a clear case of misdelivery of my ************* confirmed the order was marked delivered, but the proof of delivery photo is not my address. I provided Temu with clear evidence, including photos of my actual residence compared to where the package was dropped off. I also filed an official claim with *****, which is still open and under investigation.Despite this, Temu closed my case, denied a refund/reshipment, and continues to insist that the order was delivered correctly. This is in direct violation of their own *************** Policy, which covers package shows delivered but not received cases.I have repeatedly sent evidence, including my Ring camera footage, photos of my correct address, and *****s confirmation that the investigation is ongoing.       Over the past year, Temus transparency, fairness, and customer service have declined sharply. Ive been a loyal daily user, spending thousands, and for a long time service was excellent. Recently, a pattern of obstructive and deceptive practices has emerged affecting promotions and basic order ************** their Farmland game, my watering bucket has been frozen at *****% progress for days. It shows collect $0.01 more, yet no action moves it forward. This freeze is not disclosed and blocks me from completing the event or receiving the promised reward. All new water goes into unlocking the bucket in a loop that never completes.Temu also encourages purchases to earn in-game rewards, then later issues unexplained suspicious activity refunds I did not request. These reversals remove both the order and any rewards earned, sometimes creating a negative balance that freezes progress as in my current case.Customer service is now mostly automated. Live agents are rare, escalation is refused, tickets are denied without explanation, and appeals are always rejected. In this Farmland case, I was offered only a $5 credit. Chats often end abruptly after delays and partial replies.This is not isolated. Ive documented packages marked delivered when not received, refunds denied for not returned items despite tracking proof, vague promotional rules, and inconsistent enforcement. Over time, consumers invest time and money only to be denied rewards or ********** a disabled person, repeated runarounds and the need to constantly re-explain have caused stress and exhaustion. I have screenshots, chat logs, and account history showing the freeze, suspicious activity reversals, proof of returns, and refusal to escalate. If the requested amount cannot be granted, at the very least the reward should be credited/awarded, points restored, blocks unfrozen, wrongful denials corrected, and fair, accessible support provided.

      I ordered chocolate brown sofa I received a silver/ grey one it does not match anything else I have so I reached out to the seller about a return they kept trying to get me to keep it saying we will give you a refund of $150 for a cover I don't want a cover I bought the sofa because of the material it is made of. Not only that but I would not have felt good about the price once seeing it it is certainly not worth $515. So I told them I want x return label they would not send one so I called temu customer service they told me to take it to *** send it back pay for it but he will reimburse me because they offer free returns now that seems find however too see it was the wrong sofa we had to cut it open it was vacuum sealed so it's now a full size sofa I called out local *** store and they said no ma'am do not bring an entire sofa up here. So I called temu back ask what to do she said most people just take a partial refund which is ridiculous. And really had nothing further so I filed a complaint on temu asking for a partial refund of $300 the lowest I would accept was $275 because that's all it worth and about all I can sell it for to recoup most of my money is $200. The seller denied *** temporarily closed up shop. K filed a dispute with ****** it was going nowhere for a month and a half the seller wanted me to return it but only give me z partial refund so I would be paying $200 for their mistake!? Also had to close my ****** account due to someone trying to USD my account so I cancelled the claim And called temu to try again the lady I spoke to agreed it wasn't right and filed an escalation I got a response that made no sense and they are refusing to either return refund but with a paid shipping label and tell me where to take it that they will accept it, or partial $275 and i try and sell the sofa for the rest to get my money back. I included photos of the sofa I ordered, the pillow of the one I received so you can see the color and communication with seller.

      i buy a compressor pedal at july *******, i pay $*7.69 for an analog compressor, but received a non analog pedal, i was scammed, i got the pedal at august *******, i request a refund because the pedal not advertised as the seller said , also the pedal not function for guitar but bass, i try to make the process of refund, they said i can keep the pedalo(im not interested) but the refund is for a43.69( not the $`7,68 i paid for entirely) i refuse their offer and called temu customer service, they said i got tosend the pedal in another box i got to paid to ***** with the amount of international, shipping 3 times i got paid for, also the customer service mock me, get me ike * hour online and made excuses for not to get my total refund.       PO-211-***************** On July 8th, I placed an order with Temu from 2 of their sub shops. I ordered some curtains since I was having a home built and I got one of those little solar powered fountains. Both went under the same order number but were delivered in 2 separate packages. I had Temu credits to purchase, which came out to be $66.45. They were delivered on the 15th of July. The little black package was delivered to the neighbors house across from my in laws. They placed it in our mailbox. The white package never made it into our possession and it was never showed where it was left. I contacted customer care and they said it was delivered and that they couldnt do anything. I contacted Temu and they said the same thing. So I then got in contact with their courier, ******. They provided me information that there was an issue with the delivery of the one package and to send the seller the **** So the following day, I did just that. I was told again that it was listed as delivered and they couldnt do anything. I asked for the issue to be escalated since I had proof from the courier that an issue occurred with the delivery. I heard back at 3am, August 15th that they still cant/wont do anything and that theres proof it was delivered. The white package was never left anywhere and no photo taken of where it wouldve been left. I only have the little black package, which was the fountain.

      I was doing a prom with them that said I got 4 things free if I ordered so much stuff. I ordered $***** on July *******. I received my merchandise I purchased but not my free stuff. At this point I just want my money returned in my checking account. Ive reached out to *********** dont want to cooperate so I thought maybe you guys can help me. If it wasnt for it being $ ***** I probably wouldnt have cared but I told them I dont have money to just throw around. I did what they wanted me to do but they never sent my free stuff to me.
