      I have received several phone calls from this business stating that I have a balance due of $15.45 from a 2018 physician billing. After the first phone call, approximately a month ago, I contacted the physician of record as well as the ****************** center. I have zero balance due. The business continues to call me, saying it is going to collections.

      The date is 07/20/2023. The business pressured me into paying a $3198 medical bill, which was 5 years old and I never heard of it or new about. They could not provide me with information on the company asking for the bill for the bill to be paid. They said the company they were collecting for no longer existed. I believe this is part of the statute of limitations on this and falls under the surprise billing act. I think with little to no information provided and no return call that I do not in fact owe this bill.

      07/18/23 $0 Claims I owe $50 Mark **** as paid I have not been able to confirm this acct. is mine. I have had issues with identity theft, and I explained that to this ************** were rude claiming that ID theft does not happen. I worked heads of collections for the place they are claiming I owe $ to. They were rude, interrupted me & did not give me an account number. I called back to complain and got a very blah response and no resolution. They stated the **** is for an ankle brace, which I have never needed an ankle brace before. I was yelled at & called ridiculous simply for trying to get more information to be able to very this debt. They are the rudest collection agency I have ever dealt with. Unknown

      Received a letter from this company attempting to collect a debt from 2009 that was discharged in a bankruptcy in 2015.

      I keep getting calls and letters from them, but I have not incurred the debt they are claiming I did.

      This company keeps calling people i havnt spoke to in 10 years or more trying to track me down.....when i call they tell me i have a case pending against me then hang up

      You have the wrong company. We do not have the consumer or her phone number on file. I think she might be trying to send the complaint in regards to a company called Mediation Services which is not us. We get complaints from them all the time. We are not them. If she calls back to the number that was calling her it would not go to this office. If the consumer needs help in regards to the account she can call me direct at ************  ***************** and I can call them to see who they are so we can move the complaint to them. We do not have case files in this office.

      This company has called me back to back nonstop about an allegedly claim that was sent to them against me. The rep I spoke with named ************************* was extremely rude. She hung up on me in the middle of me telling her to never call my number again. I called back and she was even more rude then the 1st call. She advised me she will tell her client to move forward. I completely refused to verify any of my personal information to a stranger over the phone. She even called a relative of mine saying they would garnish my wages. That has got to be against some type of law. This company has got to be a scam. They are rude & unprofessional!

      We do not have a ***** that works here you have the wrong company. We do get confused with a company called Mediation Services. What never did they call you from and I can find out who they are so we can point this compaint to the correct place. We do not have an account in the office with that name, phone or email.

      I continue to receive collection notices regarding a ******* comp claim. My employer as well as my employer insurance company has tried to reach out numerous times to advise a workmans comp claim cannot go to collections for the individual as myself. I have documents from my employer insurance stating redirect letters to send to them to pay yet each time they send to me. We have called and no one ever answers to phone. My employer and employer insurance company have left voicemail messages and sent cease and desist letters but I continue to be sent these collections letters. The company that serviced me is out of business. All coorespondance needs to cease and go to my employer insurance company.

      United mediation service keeps calling saying I have a payday loan from cash net of 700 dollars from 2010 I never took out a loan they keep calling me want send me proof of the loan they said I would get proof if I paid it I asked them to stop calling they will not so I called cash net they said I never had a loan with them

      Hello, This business has placed a collection on my credit file. When I spoke to the business on the week of 06/05/2023 I advised the gentleman at that time that this account does not belong to me and I have never gotten a loan from *********. This is not my bill and it should not be on my credit file. The address listed for this business on my credit file is not a business address, its an address for a resident. I am questioning the legit nature of this business and this account does not belong to me. When I called MRCI this morning on 6/12/2023, I was told that i should have information on this loan, however, I do not because I have not ever had a loan with Spot Loans. Not ever. I need this to be cleared up and removed from my credit.

      I am rejecting this response because only because I need a copy of what was sent to the three credit bureau that this account is closed, it will be removed from my credit file and not have any negative impact on my credit. 

      Once I receive some form of document for my records from the merchant, I will accept the response and resolution.

      I am rejecting this response because: The copy that was provided is what was received at Experian on 6/9/2023 and was placed on my credit report on 6/10/2023 as a collections from this merchant. This is not my debt and this need to be removed as a collection and removed from my file. I need proof from this merchant that this has happened and an updated date of when this was sent to Experian, Transunion and Equifax. The attachment that was sent does not list to remove from collection and from consumer credit report.
