      ?This company has been calling my elderly father claiming that he was listed as a reference for a legal manner under my name. They tried to scare and bully him over the phone about a debt that needed to be paid that has become a legal manner. He has never been listed as a reference and I do not have such outstanding debts as they're claiming. They simply searched my info online, found my relatives information and started calling to harass them to scare ** into paying a false debt. When I called on May 23, ************************** with saying the same info not realizing they were speaking to me, even when I had given them my name, they sounded like trained robots. When I asked what this was concerning, I was told a payday loan from 2016, which was absolutely not my debt. They went on to ask to confirm the address they had on file which was an old one that I hadn't lived at since 2011. I was very clear to remove all phone numbers and not to call myself or family again, this was illegal, and I would be reporting them. These people are SCAMMERS and need to be stopped, charged with fraud and harassment and sent to jail. Leave me and my family alone.

      You have the wrong company. The company that you are most likely referring to is a company called Mediation Services. I think they are located out of **.  We get confused with that company all the time. That company calls and threatens consumers to pay and so on. They are scam from what we have been told. Can you call back to their number and ask them what their website is or I can call for you if you give me their number. We record all calls in our office and we do not call in regards to Legal Matters.

      I received a letter from MRC stating that I had a debt obligation with "*********" of $1,775.78; I've not had any loans of this type in over 7 years, and upon calling "*********" they verified that I have no history of bad debt with them. I'm not sure if this is a scam, or what, but I have never had bad debt with a company named "*********".

      Received a letter from mediation recovery center on 5/10/23 stating that I owe a debit of $610.89 to Continental Finance llc, aka Mid ******* Bank. I have never dealt with either of these companies nor ever heard of them. The name they have the debit under or the letter addressed to is *******************. My name is ********. The company keeps calling my phone at least 10 times a day. Please check into the company and my info because I think this is fraud

      This company has been texted me as well as family, friends and even associates of mine under the name *********************** for weeks. They claim I have an unpaid payday loan. I have been dealing with this claim for years as this supposed loan keeps getting bought and sold to various bottom dwelling credit collection agencies. I have NEVER had a payday loan! My personal information was part of a data leak, I filled a police report when it happened. I have tried to reach out to the original company and I try to reach out to the credit reporting agencies when they contact me, even sending the police report and proof of data breach, and all I get is more harassment and verbal abuse. I have contacted United Recovery TWO TIMES to tell them to cease and desist and they have ignored my demand. I will next be contacting an attorney as well as the Attorney General of **********. STOP CONTACTING ME AND REMOVE MY FILE!!

      You have wrong company. We are Mediation Recovery Center and we have been confused with a company called Mediation Services. They do not have a website so we popup when googles. We also had several complaints from other consumers that confused ** with them. Our toll free number is ************. We collect medical, store cards and personal loans we do not collect payday loans. The company that would be calling them is a rouge agency and we have had complaints stating they were threating lawsuits and so on. They are bad news. We can also help by giving out a consumer advocate attorney that would be able to go after them. If you need help with them to stop calling call me directly at ************ ext 103 and would be more then happy to help since we keep getting these complaint calls from them. If you can call back the number that is calling you ask them what their name is and also ask for the website or mailing address

      Letter received on May 9, 2023 from Mediation Recovery Center it states account number is ******** with original account number of ****************, Continental Finance LLC, aka ********************* with a debt owed of $575.73. I have searched for this ********************* and can find no information about it and I have no recollection of ever having a debt with an organization called that. I currently have a credit card through Continental Finance and it is not in bad standing, nor has it ever been. Also when I research this particular debt collection organization there are many complaints of them trying to obtain money for debts people never had. My credit report is clear and has been in good standing for quite a long time. I have no idea what this is or why out of the blue they are telling me of such a delinquency with no other information attached to prove the debt.

      I received a letter from this company MRC in ref: to a debt that I do not owe I have no delinquent inquiries. or any unpaid accounts associated with my Name according to all 3 credit bureaus I done and inquiry on all 3 credit bureaus and this account listed in this letter is not my account I would like if you could help me contact this company via e-mail I went on the website to send a message to dispute this letter and inform this company that I am not associated with this account and it gives me a number to call. I want to contract this company via e-mail for my recorded paper trail. I will be contacting all 3 bureaus again in ref: to this letter for assistance as well

      I have been getting a ridiculous amount of calls. They called my father, brother, mother in law over 10 times each. They do not call me anymore because I told them I do not owe any debt. The other calls still continue. This is not a valid debt. This is a debt from a credit card from 15 years ago that was paid in full long ago. They bully and threaten and I am tired of it. I need to know my options here. Who can I go after here? I have proof that that this was paid in full and have uploaded the letter I so thankfully kept. So where is this company digging up information to try to bully people into paying debt that is already PAID??? Some people probably fall for this and pay this shady company money they do NOT owe. This has to stop. Shut these people down. Total SCAMMERS. They will probably reply back with "we closed this account, we didn't know blah blah..." This is unacceptable. It is your JOB to know whether a debt you are collecting is valid if you are a legitimate business.

       We closed this account. We have not made any calls on this account and only sent a letter on 4/27/2023. We received this account from a purchase of debt we made on 12/29/2022. We didn't know this account was being disputed and only found out in regards to this from the complaint. I have not heard of the company that the consumer attached the letter showing the account was closed. I am assuming they were working the account for a client and the client or the agency sent the account for purchase.

      I received a notice dated 4/3/2023 indicating that I have a "Cashnet" debt obligation that is past due in the amount of $1,098.00. MRC account ********; original account ********. This claim is false and this account does not show on my credit report. I hope this account gets closed and the company stops contacting me.
