**************** left chat window open so I am unable to contact again, even a week later. Sent 15 emails with no response, no resolution. Groupon code does not work at merchant website. They have no way to contact outside of live chat which is frozen to me, and email which they don't respond to. A truly insane scam. I have been stuck at a dead end with no response from groupon about failed code. Ruined birthday gift now refuse to respond regarding refund.

Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a massage as a gift for my husband, and from start to finish, we were met with confusion, miscommunication, and zero accountability.First, we received confirmation emails stating the appointment was scheduled for 8:00 PM on July 8, 2025, and nowhere in the email trail was there mention of an 11:00 AM appointment. We showed up on time, only to find that the business was not even at the location listed, the door was locked, the suite was empty, and there was no signage or indication that this business even operated there.Despite providing multiple screenshots of confirmation emails and proving that no morning appointment was scheduled or communicated to us, and Groupon ignored the facts. Instead, they relied on the merchants false claim that we missed an 11 AM appointment, one we never agreed to or were informed of.We were essentially accused of missing an appointment we never had, and now denied a refund for a service that was never rendered at a location that doesn't appear to exist. I asked for a working phone number for the merchant and was given links that went nowhere. This is a clear case of negligence and poor business ethics. Im extremely disappointed in how Groupon failed to advocate for the customer. We were sold a service that wasnt fulfilled.

I have placed the item for a price of 130 something which is in my cart. After I finished my payment and I got the e-mail of the price is over 150USD.And I try to contact the customer service and there is only option that I can choose to cancel the order. Then they cannot honor the price even I have all proofs with screenshots. They suggested me to use the new promotion rate to purchase it and I mention I do see a promotion code and the price is over 140 already. After the conversation, the new price of 140 is gone. They know what you planed to use and they only put the highest price there for you. Also, they cancel my another order and I start to notice that Groupon does mention they have rights to cancel the promotion even which is still valid. They do not have the phone call service and the online customer can't help with you and then there is only e-mail complaint option for ****** is said to be replied within 24 hours...But till 7:30PM, I got no response yet. And you can only wait for their reply. so that means within 24 hours' reply is also impossible for them to make ***** aware about the price you purchased is not what you will be charged for.And there is only 3 days' refund window. When I said, I am going to file a complaint on the BBB, it seems they do not ********, I understand why. The reviewing ranking is so low.

I used to love Groupon, but ran into problems recently. Unfortunately Groupon no longer has customer support. I am talking to a bot to try and get a refund, but it doesn't understand my request. There isn't a phone number, email, or alternative way to get assistance, which is very concerning given how many Groupons are sold across the nation. I simply cannot trust Groupon as a business any longer.

I purchased a Groupon for the state of Colorado and it turns out the Groupon is for a completely different state! They will. It give me my refund nor a credit for their error of false advertising. Highly disappointed they stole from me/robbed me and have no accountability for this. They also say I purchased it from a completely different state as well when I live in Colorado, how is that even possible. Will recommend to not buy from here as they lie and steal.

sold me a 10yr old laptop. It no longer receives any updates. i bought it a yr ago. chrome only gives free updates for 10yrs. After that they tell you to recyle your lap top. I can not even buy extra if i wanted to. my mails have stopped, back ups and any type of use. I lost the charging cord. After finding it 6 months later i log in to find a message ( you have received your last chrome update you device is no longer supported) I want a new laptop or my money back.

They bring in 1000 'salespeople' and within 3 months, they ******* them down to 100. Anyone over the age of 40 was not invited back. Cold calls all day long. Our team did over 62 thousand calls in the first 3 weeks and did not close 1 deal or secure 1 contract. Managers fight over deals and somehow, they are allowed to not submit deals, making it impossible to get a role in the company just because some Spaniard named **** wants to protect his position and new baby, so he just doesnt manage people and lets them fail by ignoring their written requests for help and flatly refuses to listen to other managers like '******' who claim the deals he refused were good deals. This means the 2 managers disagree on the 'rules' they live by. Not a good company, even the trainers admit they have a problem. One trainer said he kept all his notes on his clients on cards and a notepad. When I asked why he flatly refused to enter all that info into the peoplesoft system they use, he said it was his personal preference. Turns out all notes can be seen by all, and people are allowed to actively call other peoples customers, which is why no one puts notes in the very expensive system they use. It makes sense why groupon is such a hated name by the end users, they get spam calls all day, if they say 'dont call back again, this is harassment' you are to just send the account to a 'new customer' bin, not the 'do not call' bin.

I purchased an offer on Groupon for a foot massage. When I looked up the address listed on the offer it was a totally different business. I searched by the business name it was at a completely different location and they do not offer the service. I complained and I did get a credit but not my refund. I am trying to understand why Groupon continues to post this offer knowing the lack of legitimacy. It is not fair to your customers who try to trust you
