      I need a refund. From the date I purchased an item, my bank immediately notified me of possible fraud. From then, I have reached out to Groupon several times via email. No response. I have requested a refund even though I have not received the item yet. No response. They have no contact number. How is it that they do not respond to their customers. The customer support says that someone will contact within the next 24 hours and nothing.

      Groupon is a total ripoff I purchased a **** Membership though them and the redemption code did not work couldnt get a hold of no one. I never seen no company that does not have a customer service phone number. How are your business so now you got a dispute with my bank I called *** to see if my account went through and they told me that I dont have a membership with them, but I paid Groupon my money bad business wont do this again ever in life.

      Be careful purchasing items from Groupon, as they don't confirm whether or not they are legitimate businesses and don't refund them once you've notified them of scams. Buyer beware!

      I ordered a book from Groupon thinking it was a physical book as indicated by the advertisement. However, after ordering, I received instructions stating I needed to contact the book publisher to get a copy. I emailed the book publisher and never got a response. I had to email again and was sent a PDF version. The advertisement never indicated that this was an electronic copy. I brought this up with the book publisher about the advertisement being misleading and did not get a response. The ironic thing is, the book is supposed to be about off-grid projects, so how are you supposed to access it if you don't have power to charge your phone/laptop? I contacted Groupon's customer service three times to let them know they had a misleading advertisement and to receive a refund, with no response.

      GROUPON AND LIVING SOCIAL ARE MORE THAN SCAMM ... NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN IN MY LIFE. THEY ARE THE WORST.... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE OR CHAT.... NO REFUND .... EVEN MORE SCAMMED PHONE NUMBERS .... WHAT ELASE YOU NEED TO RUN AWAY FROM BUYING ANYTHING OF THEM

      Their refund policy is atrocious. I tried calling the vendor, the company to try and reschedule and there was zero flexibility whatsoever with them. I called and called on vacation. The response was nothing of a resolution other than you will eat the cost.I attempted to have my credit card resolve this and this was also unsuccessful. I will never ever use them again and will gladly tell my friends and family about this so they don't run into the same scenario.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. This business is a total scam. I cannot believe the type of business they run. Ive been trying to get a refund for tickets I was never able to use for months. They refuse to respond to my emails and the number states no live agents are available to help. The company they partnered with said they werent accepting any scheduling through tickets purchased through Groupon because they never received payment from them! $400 worth of tickets gone because they are just using people for their money.

      I bought 3 Groupons for Midas to get brakes, an oil change and inspection. Guy at Midas says policy is only 1 Groupon per person per lifetime and I can never use the other 2. Went back and forth with Groupon. Guy at Midas said he would absolutely let them know he refused to take them. They never got in touch with him and have just been giving me the run around. On their website it says you can use 5 per voucher. Still havent refunded me. Disputed with credit card.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased 2 vouchers to get my daughter's iPad repaired. I realized after the fact that the one I purchased would not cover the repair on either of them as they are 7th gen. I reached out to customer support and was told basically oh well, they can't refund them. So now I am stuck with 2 vouchers I am unable to use.
