      I purchased two (2) $64 Groupon massages for Destination Nirvana Wellness. When trying to book the massages Destination Nirvana Wellness required an additional $25 admin fee to book the massages. I emailed Groupon twice for a refund as I did not want to pay the extra $25 admin fee and did not hear back or receive a refund from Groupon.

      Regarding your complaint: My apologies for the trouble.
       
      Generally, we're unable to refund Groupon after they've expired, but given the circumstances here, I've gone ahead and canceled those two orders and issued a refund in Groupon Bucks to your account.
       
      These Bucks are available to use right away, never expire, and will apply to any eligible deal on our site. When you're ready to use your Bucks, you can apply them to your purchase at checkout by checking the box next to Apply available Groupon Bucks under Payment Method.

      On September 8th, 2023, at 17:48 I purchased from Groupon two groupons for their 30-minute *** off-doors helicopter flight weekdays only for a total of $510.10 from my account which is held under the email *********************** The next day, I went to find my vouchers in able to be able to redeem then, but when I tried to log in, my login credentials did not work. I thought I was mistaken, so I went to "Forgot Password" to reset it. Upon this, I received an email in ********************** from Groupon saying that this email is not associated with this account. This is not possible, my order confirmation and proof of purchase was sent to **********************, as this is the account I placed the order on. Immediately I contacted Groupon support, I tried to call them but of course they have no customer service number, I tried live chat but I could not live chat when I no longer had an account (because ********************** disabled it without my consent), so then I did the email option. The issue is urgent, as the vouchers I purchased were meant to be used tomorrow (September 12th, 2023), but of course Groupon did not resolve the issue and I cannot use it. They closed my account but still charged me for the Groupon, basically scamming me. So I emailed Groupon for customer support with this issue on Saturday, September 9th 2023. I received a response asking for more information. I provided the information and stated the urgency of the issue, stating I need this resolved by them before Tuesday (an order for $510.10 is huge, this should be their top priority). I received a reply saying it will take 7 business days to resolve. I said this is not an acceptable, no answer. I emailed a few more times, no answer. I called, asked for manager, they refused and hung up on me. I then used my moms account (under ************************* explained the issue related to **********************, requested manager, and have been put on hold for the past 7 hours. Groupon is running a scam.

      Your account has been reactivated and the attempted purchase was canceled. I see that the amount was only authorized, so that amount must have been returned back to the card that was used to make the attempted purchase.

      I purchased a ticket through them that did not function because the order was processing the entire time it was supposed to be able to be used. I tried to cancel the order as it would not be able to be used and they told me I would not be able to cancel it while it was being processed and to wait for it to go through and then process a refund, after the order did go through for tickets that I couldnt use any more, I was told that I couldnt refund the tickets from the same spot that I was told to wait so I could refund the purchase.

      I tried calling a merchant 4 seperate times and never got a response. I went to the site and they were closed by the time I got there at 4, when their website and hours posted everywhere say they are open until 5. So I went and got the oil changed elsewhere and requested a refund. Ive emailed Groupon 12 times and they refuse to give me a refund. Each time a new random person emails back to do an investigation. It doesnt matter that the merchant is now open. I no longer need the oil change. I need a REFUND. 0/10 extremely upset.

      I would like to note the ONLY reason they are refunding is because I went to BBB. before this they told me 12+ times they would not refund me.

      On Sept 07,2023, I purchased a Groupon for ******* Hills Rejuvenation for $359.20. Groupon marked the voucher as "Failed" and did not honor the Voucher. However, my credit card was charged $359.20, which is the purchase price. I have sent multiple emails to ******** Services, and they have an automated reply that says "Contact your bank to resolve this issue because the transaction "failed". The transaction did not fail... I got charged!? I am asking for a refund or a voucher. Attached the supporting documentation.

      I can confirm that your order was refunded to Groupon Bucks on 09/13/2023. You should have received an email confirmation shortly after this refund was issued. If you're not seeing it, I recommend checking your spam folder to make sure our emails aren't ending up there.
       
      Refunds issued as Groupon Bucks are available for use in your account immediately. They can be applied to eligible purchases on our site until they run out. You can see your balance in the top right corner of the page when signed in at ***************************************************************.

      On Sept 9th, I purchased a ********** membership promotion through the Groupon App on my Android phone. Upon completing the transaction, I receive a confirmation email that the purchase went through. Later that evening I tried to access the system to redeem my purchase; however, the app had logged me out of my ****** account. For the past two days I have been attempting to gain access. The Groupon system though does not seem to work with the ****** login process any longer and is stuck in a loop. I left feedback through the ****** Playstore where I did receive a response, though generic without any help on how to respond. I attempted to utilize the customer service email address ********************** registered with the playstore (******************************************) as the contact method; however, I received an automated message from Groupon that this is not a valid address for support. I then left a support ticket through the online form stating the same issues as above. This request was responded to with boiler plate text that was the same as the website's FAQ and had nothing to do with my issue nor any paths towards resolution. I have responded again after this point, but awaiting a response.

      I purchased a Groupon for a business that will not answer nor return my calls to schedule a car detailing appointment. I contact Groupon for a refund. Groupon will not refund because it insists I never called the business. I have left messages 4 times for a call back. I am being defrauded.

      I wrote a previous complaint about Groupon I heard back from Customer Serv is stating that theyre not giving me a refund or Groupon bucks because I didnt cancel within the first three days that is not what the Groupon stated when I bought it it said you have 180 days to use it. This expires in December On Point *********************** If Groupon knowingly posts offers of the merchants no longer using Groupon and doesnt remove it from their website taking non refunds money from customers this not only seems unethical but not legal.There is no phone number or email to the **************** just India customer service via email.

      My belonging was stolen. My cellphone was stolen amongst the items that was stolen. I called and cancelled my bank account account . Once I was able to regain access to my accident accounts I noticed there was unauthorized purchases on my account. I did let management know who has told me they would not refund me my money . When I reach out o our free time get ghosted by their live agents, ignored and lied to .

      I bought a Groupon for a hairstylist the name of the business is called ON POINT HAIRSTYLIST ********************* Groupon used to have an option to automatically exchange or refund if theres an issue no more they dont have a chat anymore they dont have an option to get your money back or exchange I tried emailing -texting and calling the hairstylist she is not returning my call I believe its because in my message I had a Groupon I would like my money back since shes not returning the call Im not getting a response from emailing Groupon They need to have a better system where you can call them all the numbers listed online are disconnected or they have to put that chat back or they have to make it user-friendly I dont know why theyre making it so difficult the only other option is to dispute the charge with your credit card company which takes 60 days I would like a refund as soon as possible considering this hairstylist may be using Groupon to advertise and then not following up.
