      Purchased a groupon for a professional carpet cleaning 1 room on May 9, 2024. The cost was $9. I used Apple pay to checkout. Then, within less an hr, I noticed that this was not available in my area/state, so I wrote to customer support email on May 9, but I did not hear back. I wrote again on May 13, and still no answer. I wrote one more time on May 16 and still no answer. Then I called their listed customer support number, but a promotional service about a medical device answered, a recorded spam message. This is the number: **************. I request an immediate refund of the amount spent for the unavailable services.

      Upon further review, I noticed that you did not contact our support team from the help page on our website, instead you had just responded to the order confirmation email that was sent. Please note that the order confirmation email is not the customer support address, due to which your requests were never registered under any support email.

      I request you to kindly submit any future requests from the help page.

      Upon checking your voucher details, I see that it has since been successfully redeemed, so I hope you were able to use it after all.

      Groupon in knowingly selling services that are not being performed for the price. They have bait and switched me with Groupon Credit and have a scheme going with that alone. I had redeemed a professional exterior and interior detailing service and immediately after driving away straight to work, I noticed my car was not so clean. Immediately started documenting and contacted Groupon that same day for a refund and they said 20% but in Groupon bucks. I showed them 50+ pictures and then they agreed on a full refund but only in groupon credit. Why? There isn't another detail service available. I'm not waiting to find one, I need my car done now. That's a bait and switch. It's a scheme and I groupon has to answer for it. It's their responsibility to be responsible for the goods and services they are selling on their website. Period. This wasn't a blanket I didn't like the feel of and needed credit for. This was a blatant false advertisement sold by Groupon and they are refusing to take responsibility, even with photographic proof.

      Regarding your complaint: I'm very sorry you had this experience. This is definitely not something we ever want our customers to encounter. I can see you are referring to this order One Complete Interior and Exterior Detail for One Car at **** Motors.

      We never intend to upset our subscribers, and we genuinely appreciate your thoughts. At Groupon, we're committed both to our customers and to our merchants. We are actively working with our partners to keep our offerings socially conscious and up-to-date, and to get as many great deals into our customers' hands as we can. That said, we always want to hear what our customers think, and we take that feedback seriously. Your feedback has been already passed on to the concerned team, and we assure you that this will not happen again.

      Upon checking, I understand that you were initially upset about the resolution provided by our team to refund this order to Groupon credits. I apologize for that trouble. Now, the order has been successfully refunded back to your original form of payment on 05/22/2024 at 09:35 AM as you requested. The amount paid via Groupon "$84.15" has been refunded back.

      Please note that refunds are only provided for the amount you paid for the voucher, any promotional discount codes that were applied to your order (for example "an extra 10% off by applying this code") will not be reimbursed as per the terms of the promotion.

      On 5/10/24 I was looking to purchase and ifly package on groupon for my husbands birthday. We were both dealing with and illness. I had put in my credit card information to purchase the ifly. I then asked my husband if he thought we would be feeling well enough to go on Sunday 5/12/24 and he said no so I hit the back button on my computer but somehow the purchase went through. We did not use the groupon for ifly.

      I purchased a Groupon for an oil change through Valvoline rapid oil change, not realizing that it was only good for one location and that location is in **********. I live in *********, so obviously would not be able to use this. I tried to contact Groupon though they make it very impossible to talk to anybody, so I had to chat back-and-forth with somebody who knows where I sent them back the information they asked for and they just keep giving me the runaround. Its a simple refund. I did not use it and was unable to use it so I want my money back.

      On march 4/2024 I brought a deal from Groupon from Maryvic styles business, received a voucher and tried to make an appointment. Order number **********. Nobody answered on my phone calls or voice messages. Finally I got a weird msg, answered it, understood that person is in the hospital waiting for the surgery for at least two weeks. Tried to send three emails to Groupon, which didnt go through, finally sent a message through email to customer support with concerns about when and if I am going to have a service, how would I know when she will be back, if nobody answered the phone. After some time, march 26, received a msg from Banchuang from customer support offering me help with merchant and/ or offering me to explode a refund option, after that I received several messages from customer support, the last one was from ***************************, stating that business is open, willing to accept my voucher and suggested to me to make an appointment during the regular business hours. After several more tries to contact merchant, on April, 6, and April 14, I sent two messages to both those people from customer service, asking for refund and still today dont have an answer, from nobody. This business is not available on Groupon now and it took me more than two months, waisting my times and nerves trying to have an appointment to cut my hair. I valued the savings of the money, I am 73 old woman, living on the fix income, but I dont think its worth all this efforts, and still not having a service or money back, very disappointed with Groupon. Below I am sending you a pictures of two emails ( it was many more) between Groupon and as an example.

      I checked all your previous communications and I can see that when we reached out to the merchant on your behalf, they replied stating that they are open and accepting Groupon. 
      The merchant also requested you to call the number ************** to redeem your Groupon. 

      In this case, I can offer the following options:

      Option 1: Please try redeeming the Groupon by calling ************** 

      Options 2: I can process the refund for this Groupon as Groupon Bucks to your account that will never expire.

      Approximately 2 months ago I bought Groupon item for duct cleaning carpet cleaning house cleaning by spending over $ 140. I contacted all concerned companies and they all declined accepting Groupon. One contractor said Groupon is kind of fake. I have been communicating with the company to get my money back. However per Groupon policy section PO1135809 they only take money but not refund money. The Groupon Vouchers were bought by wife ****. I strongly feel Groupon should reimburse the money I expended along with the time my wife expended in chatting, emailing etc with Groupon representatives

      The business is totally wrong. My Wife tried her level best to CONTACT GROUPON with no vain. This is not acceptable. Luring customers and offering ********************* is against federal regulation section PO1135809. She bought the coupons with Good Faith. Oflate GROUPON lists its credibility.  One person who came to look at the job said I DO NOT TOUCH GROUPON WITH 10 FOOT POLE? This is utter nonsense. We have to wait 6 more months when our orange haired mighty orangutan occupies the White ***** and change our Slogan IN GOD WE TRUST TO FAKE RIGGED AND WITCH-****.  I am very disappointed. Myself and my wife removed Groupon App from our respective phones. Deepa you need to be looking for jobs.

      Regarding Ductify Order # ********** and Order # **********:

      I can see that the merchant has mentioned about the additional charges, When I checked the deal page, I can see the following information, "Dryer vents over 6 feet and Chimney Cleaning over 10 feet would be an additional cost

      Sanitizing, fogging and deep cleaning not included; may be added for an additional fee."

      In this case, may I know the reason why the merchant quoted an additional charge for you? Can you please let me know the reason given by the merchant for the additional charge? 

      Regarding SawLutions Order # ********** :

      I can see that the redemption steps request you to make the reservation online ********************************************************* and not to make any calls.

      The redemption steps are as follows:

      1. Pull up voucher with our mobile app (or print it out).
      2. Appointment required, visit ********************************************************* and mention your voucher.
      3. Present voucher upon arrival.

      In this case, I request you to try making the reservation online. If you still have any issues, please let me know. 

      Regarding Top Local Maids Order # **********:

      I checked and see that this voucher was marked as redeemed on 04/15/2024. Can you please confirm if this was redeemed and service availed?

      One 60-Minute Microdermabrasion Treatment with Deep Cleansing Facial at Unique Health and ************* #******** Original Price: $120.00 Groupon Price: $59.00 Amount Paid: $59.00 Redeem At *********, *************************************************** I came back from a lengthy trip and thought I had until the end of May 2024 to redeem my Groupon. It actually expired May 4, 2024. I contacted Groupon right away and they replied on May 16, 2024, and to contact the vendor, to use the expired Groupon as a credit amount. The facial promo was $59, which is the price I paid. It took several days to call the clinic, since they were not answering the phones, and no voicemail. I sent an email to no avail. I redialed and redialed, and finally spoke to a woman who told me to contact Groupon, which I did. She then said I could use the credit of $59, but the facial would cost $$120! Why would I pay double, when the promo was for a trial? I emailed Groupon back and explained all this, and kindly asked them as a one-time courtesy, to provide $59 as Groupon bucks, a credit to my Groupon account, so I could purchase something else. This was an honest mistake, and customers should not be penalized to this extent. (I also suffer from brain fog, and would normally add the expiry date as an alarm to my phone, but it either didnt go off, or saved properly, as I didnt get the reminder). I have never complained to Groupon before, nor have I ever asked for credit or a refund. This was my first time!Groupon responded back again on May 19, 2024 that there was nothing they could do.I strongly feel as a ONE-TIME courtesy, that Groupon CAN resolve this easily, and seeing over 3200 complaints in the past three years, I would think that Groupon would like to resolve this, rather than having me resort to filing a complaint.I am left with an incredibly bad feeling and have no trust, so I would like a refund so I don't have to deal with Groupon again.

      Thank you for the response to my complaint.

      Due to the amount of stress, distrust, and anxiety caused, I strongly do not want any business transactions with Groupon, now, or in the future. 

      Receiving Groupon Bucks would only add to my stress, and hold me hostage in having to deal with Groupon again.  I do not want any Groupon bucks, and I do not want to deal with Groupon again.

      I am requesting a full refund of $59 back to my credit card.  I would like to resolve this quickly. 

      I do not trust Groupon, or their business practices, and have unsubscribed from Groupon email notifications.  I will never purchase from Groupon again, nor wish to ever do business with Groupon.  I do not want to deal with Groupon again.

      As per Groupon's refund policy, we are unable to process the refund to the original form of payment if the voucher has expired. In this case, we are unable to process the refund back to the card used.

      I can see that you've used a promo code for an additional discount. So excluding the promotional discount, what you paid to Groupon is fully refunded.

      i installed the software I didn't get a chance to use it as I needed to but it did open it up it worked fine one time and now I'll start getting pop *** from Adobe telling me that this is not a legit software I've wrote the company over and over and over and over again and told them this I sent them the conversation that me and the guy from Adobe was happening told him where Adobe told me they're just kind of blowing me off I'd love to have the software working but according to them their key is not included in the software you've got them manually put it in so if I can't get a legit working one I want a refund and this has been going on since March 2024 I read the reviews afterwards and evidently I'm not the only one that has been done this way

      I checked your Groupon account under the email address ******************* and see that the Groupon you purchased is only for ***************** 2021 Professional Plus Product Key - Lifetime for Windows 1PC" and it is not for Adobe. 

      I can see that you're able to successfully install the Microsoft Office 2021. Regarding the issues with Adobe, I request you to reachut to them directly. 

      If you have made the purchase for the Adobe deal via Groupon, please help me with the order number since it is not found under ******************* account.

      The voucher I purchased on 4/13 was unable to be accessed, and is therefore unusable so I requested a refund. After two weeks I contacted Groupon via chat several times and emailed customer support twice. The chat reps only will only read their script, apologizing and saying its being processed. It has been over one month and I have not received any correspondence from Groupon.

      I purchsed a Groupon discount code on MAY 12th 2024.I paid $52.99.-I received a discount code for an oil change from **********.-I didn't use the code and I was trying to contact them about a refund.-On the website there really isn't an easy way to contact support.-The site kept redirecting me to the same pages and none showed and email or number to call.-I am seeing a number for the first time today (May 17th) on this BBB site. -I ended up just ******** and then I found the email. No one got back to me.-In the meantime, I was sent and email to let me know I have the discount code until NOVEMBER 8th.-I went on different websites that had problems with the same company.-People who had the same problem suggested contacting them (the company) via social media.-I contacted them about the situation and was told I couldn't get a refund.-I asked why and wasn't given an actual reason. Except time.-I offered to send them a video of me on their site attempting to find an email.-I sent the video of how hard it is to find the contact information.-I even sent a video of me showing them I have to exit the site and ****** just to find information not readily available on the site.-They apologized and offered a credit. Again never telling me why I couldn't get a refund.-I asked why and still no one has told me.-I don't want a credit because I have no intention of ever using the company again.-And online it doesn't say they don't give refunds.-It only says within a time frame.-But again I showed them in video why I couldn't find them -No customer should have to message a large million dollar well known company via ******** and Instagram to get help.-They are pretty much ignoring me now and not giving me any reason.Order Number:1592547482
