    I screwed up & added wrong year to a *********** gave me 50% off on a replacement, which I was totally not expecting, nor did they have to. Long time customer & this act of kindness, cemented the fact of why I keep coming back...

    I've ordered many times, I think about 11 items, like ornaments and mugs, all with a personalized photo and message. Quality- and accuracy are great They warn you if they think the photo quality is not good enough, and they give ample opportunity to review any message. Flaws- most recent items had a super tiny flaw, unnoticeable unless you search. Shipping- varies historically. A December Christmas order took longer, but I'm sure volume of requests was high. My most recent January order arrived in just 3 days! Customer Service- I called this week. They were polite, professional and helpful. I recommend them to friends.

    This has been a horrific experience. After my sister lost her husband I ordered coasters with memorable photos for her. One was discolored. I have spent a month going back and forth with calls and emails. Once I was able to provide the photo they needed the game of "not received, email it to this address " began. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY. PRODUCTS ARE POORLY DONE. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY. EMPLOYEES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!! I had to spend $12. to mail back the defective product. Save yourself the aggrivation. Choose another company.

    We are sincerely sorry that the customer feels that they received very poor service. We tried very hard to have the customer send us a photo of the item she received that depicted the stated issue, however, the customer kept sending us a copy of the original photo used. Further the initial photos that were requested were never received in our facility. We did make multiple requests for a photo and we are sorry for the inconvenience, however, since the issue stated did not appear on the original photo we needed to see the issue to be sure that a replacement would not be issued with the same issue. Unfortunately, we never received the photo of the actual item and just issued a retund for the entire order.

    I have been a satisfied customer of Personalization Mall for a while now and have yet to be disappointed with anything Ive ordered/received. That said paying attention to the details and guidelines matters when building your product. I recently purchased a beautiful vibrant blanket and Ill admit working within the margins required often changing out pics for a better result. Also adherence to the suggestions PM offered. At the end of my project I was very happy with what I received. *** also recently ordered 12 different personalized glasses and again the process is not a point and click one but it is also not difficult. All in all my experiences have been excellent. The quality of items, sizing and lettering very good. So Ill continue using Personalization Mall as my Go To Happy gift place!

    Personalization Mall disappointed with my experience in quality of personalized blanket that I had made for the memorial of my coworker. The quality of the blanket is very cheap in quality & unacceptable for transferring prints. I tried to rectify this issue & the company has refused to rectify the issue & told me to wash the blanket and/or brush it one way or another for acceptance. Appalling that a company would even suggest anything like this, knowing this is a memorial gift. I strongly do not recommend doing business with this company.

    I strongly recommend avoiding this company for personalized gifts! I ordered Christmas gifts, and the quality of the items was simply unacceptable. The ornament arrived printed crooked, the frames/ ornaments were so light in color that the text was utterly unreadable, the jewelry box came unpolished and rough, and the thread on the dolls personalization was coming undone. To top it all off, I never received the photo I paid to have placed in the frame. This has been an ongoing nightmare with my order, and although I've reached out to Personalization Mall, they have only addressed a handful of issues while ignoring the rest. If you value timely delivery and high-quality gifts, steer clear of this company!

    We sincerely regret that the customer was unhappy with the entire order. While there were a couple of the items that were less than perfect and for which the customer received a refund the balance of the order was not defective. We would like to note that the customer made the same complaint on an order in 2021 and this appears to be a pattern. We issued a refund for the balance of the order and no future orders will be accepted.
