    Always extremely pleased with gifts from this company! They do beautiful work! I did have an issue one time but their customer service was an amazing and they were more than happy to fix the problem for me immediately!! 100% satisfied with this company Love shopping there!

    I have been shopping with Personalized Mall for a few years now and I have been very pleased with everything I've purchased. When there has been a little problem, their **************** has been absolutely incredible. You can be very creative ordering things. I have 3 Great Grandchildren and for each child's Baptizems I have sent them a Bib, from the selection offered for the occasion, with their name and the date. Perfect to include in their Baby Book. The sales they offer are great and also sometimes they offer Special Coupon deals. I just ordered myself 2 coffee mugs that are really cute. I've ordered candles for my daughter in laws birthdays and Christmas Gifts with wonderful feedback from the recipients. It's truly a great company to deal with.

    Personalization Mall is a fantastic company. I have purchased many different gifts off this website and found the quality is outstanding and the delivery times are so impressive. This time I ordered two large aluminum wine tumblers. Placed the order on Saturday and received the following Friday. That's amazing. The prices were comparable to other wine tumblers at say Marshalls, TJMaxx or a local store, however, they are NOT personalized but the same price. Shipping price was reasonable as well. My number one website to go to this year for Christmas gifts.

    What a terrible company. I have been using them for years without complaint. They send me the last two products I ordered and they are horribly chipped and the image is blurry. I complained for the first time ever with them, and instead of just making it right, they have you jump though hoops and determine if you actually have an issue. You sent out two plaques that were horribly chipped. I have years of purchases with your company. Both chat and phone customer service were a broken record - no help. I will never give you another cent.
