  Personalization Mall disappointed with my experience in quality of personalized blanket that I had made for the memorial of my coworker. The quality of the blanket is very cheap in quality & unacceptable for transferring prints. I tried to rectify this issue & the company has refused to rectify the issue & told me to wash the blanket and/or brush it one way or another for acceptance. Appalling that a company would even suggest anything like this, knowing this is a memorial gift. I strongly do not recommend doing business with this company.

  I strongly recommend avoiding this company for personalized gifts! I ordered Christmas gifts, and the quality of the items was simply unacceptable. The ornament arrived printed crooked, the frames/ ornaments were so light in color that the text was utterly unreadable, the jewelry box came unpolished and rough, and the thread on the dolls personalization was coming undone. To top it all off, I never received the photo I paid to have placed in the frame. This has been an ongoing nightmare with my order, and although I've reached out to Personalization Mall, they have only addressed a handful of issues while ignoring the rest. If you value timely delivery and high-quality gifts, steer clear of this company!

  We sincerely regret that the customer was unhappy with the entire order. While there were a couple of the items that were less than perfect and for which the customer received a refund the balance of the order was not defective. We would like to note that the customer made the same complaint on an order in 2021 and this appears to be a pattern. We issued a refund for the balance of the order and no future orders will be accepted.

  Attention to detail, great work, careful attention to packaging (everything arrived in great condition), seller maintained good communication about gift(s), status, shipping, etc. Both arrived quickly and in great condition due to careful packaging!

  Very disappointed in their quality. Blankets are represented as plush fleece at a higher price, they are a little better than a baby blanket. You can buy a far better plush fleece blanket at ******* at about 33% the cost. Get it silk screened locally and have a blanket that is several times better. I bought 21 blankets, one for each grandchild. I asked to return them and get a refund. They said I could return them and pay the postage and get store credit. At this point I do not trust their description of product so the offer of store credit is unreasonable.

  We are sincerely sorry that the customer found the quality of the blanket unacceptable. We ***** endeavor to provide our customers with all the information necessary on our site for the customer to make an informed purchase and to that end we provide the material and all pertinent information. The customer sited that white shows through on the blankets which is accurate. in order to sublimate print we start with a white blanket and apply both the requested color and the desired design with the customers personalization. We state that the reverse side of the blanket is white which will show through when the napp of the blanket is brushed in the opposite direction. This item has been offered on our site for many years and has received a great many excellent reviews. We are extremely sorry that the customer does not agree.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Personalization Mall. The delivery dates were completely inaccurate, and my products were delivered far later than promised. After multiple phone calls to follow up, I was repeatedly told, We have a lot of customers, as if my concerns didnt ********* make matters worse, they misprinted the return address on my envelopes. The proof I approved was correct, and the label had the correct print, yet the final product was wrong. I even sent photos to prove their mistake, but they refused to reprint or refund ***** was a horrible experience from start to finish, and their lack of accountability and poor customer service were truly devastating. I will never order again!

  ***** used to be a customer, buying a lot of photo blanks from my company. I have switched to being just a customer because they have great products of all types. I have purchased an item each of the last 3 years for Christmas and each has been a huge hit. The quality is great, the prices reasonable considering you are getting a fully custom, unique gift. They ship in a matter of days as well. I'll keep coming back year after year.

  They did not give me the correct product. They sent me one size fits all for women which is very small. The material was cheaper and thinner than another robe I ordered on the same order. Their response was rude and unhelpful. It was a monogrammed Christmas gift, so I cant return it even if I wanted to exchange it for something else. I have used them in the past with success, but I will need to pursue other companies now which is a shame
