5 stars***** used to be a customer, buying a lot of photo blanks from my company. I have switched to being just a customer because they have great products of all types. I have purchased an item each of the last 3 years for Christmas and each has been a huge hit. The quality is great, the prices reasonable considering you are getting a fully custom, unique gift. 1 starThey did not give me the correct product. They sent me one size fits all for women which is very small. The material was cheaper and thinner than another robe I ordered on the same order. Their response was rude and unhelpful. It was a monogrammed Christmas gift, so I cant return it even if I wanted to exchange it for something else.
