5 starsOur 33rd Wedding Anniversary is coming up on April 18, 2025. And I wanted to find something practical we both would enjoy and use to remember our anniversary. I saw these personalized coasters on ********. Normally, I wouldn't have clicked on the link, but I thought, "These would be perfect for our anniversary, plus I didn't have stone ones." so that is why I purchased them. The craftmanship is excellent. I love the rustic and stone feel of them. The wording and print came out very nicely. I can't wait to order from Personalization Mall again soon. Next stop... 5 starsThe "Charm City 50" wooden coasters are incredible. The quality and feel of the coasters are 5-star. They will be used during Preakness 150 Week here in *********. The 150th Preakness coming this May 17th is very historical. 1 starI ordered personalized boxers for my husband for Valentines Day and when I received them they looked like someone took a razor to them. Very cheaply made. I tried to get a refund and they are telling me they will only do store credit and I do not want to purchase from them ever again. Very poor customer service!! Buyer beware!

We have reviewed the customers order, photos provided and commuication with our Representatives and find that the merchandise appears to have been cut. We have advised the Customer to contact our ************* Team and update the credit card information to receive a full refund in the amount of $50.04. Personalization Mall does not keep credit card information on our site for our Customers security and therefore cannot issue the refund without the update. 1 starOrdered a personalized item and you couldn't even see the writing. I sent photos of the item showing the same. I got a response back saying that if they tried to fix it the problem would likely remain, however the would not issue me a refund or even a partial refund.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We are sincerely sorry that the customer was not pleased with her purchase. We did advise the customer that the item was manufactured correctly and that any replacement would look just as the one received, however, we also provided this customer with a 50% discount in the amount of $14.00 due to her dissatisfaction. We are very sorry sorry that the customer was not pleased with her purchase.
