5 starsThis is a great site! Easy to search for something unique per occasion or the person you are gifting it too. Good quality merchandise, always good service in shipping and delivery. I've always been pleased with how the orders are handled. I've been ordering from this company for many years now. They even have a record in your account showing you what you have ordered through the years and who for. Because I give gifts for special occasions like grandchildren's' birthdays, baptisms, graduations, 1st Communions, and such the lists helps preventing me from sending something I already had gifted them, I highly recommend this firm.Review fromNancy L

1 starAll was fine the last 5 years or so that I have ordered from PM. That is until I signed in to purchase items I had saved and had in my cart. It was at this time that I learned that after so long, ITEMS ARE REMOVED FROM YOUR CART and saved items list, and no longer retrievable, YET they were able to tell me everything I HAD in my cart but can't put it back?! I requested to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. They sent an email to do so. Their website to do so is one that when you "submit" the request, the screen stays the same, so you don't know if it was actually sent! I hope it was. Now I have to find another website to start over with new projects for loved ones for Mother's ************** Day! Do NOT create an account with this company! You'll regret it! ***: SOME of their customer service **** are VERY unprofessional as I've witnessed in the past. Avoid PM like the plague!

We have reviewed the comments and find that all of the items placed in the customers cart are still there and available for purchase and the customer was advised of that fact. The customer can move the items back into the cart and checkout without contact with **************** if they so choose. We do not remove items from the cart unless they are out of stock or discontinued. What does change is the pricing. Placing an item in the saved folder does not guarantee the pricing as these items are considered unsold until such time as payment is received. The price at the time the payment is received is what is charged. Additionally all sale prices are subject to expiration and if the items are not purchased before expiration of the sale they price at the time of purchase prevails. We believe this to be the issue with this customer. We do see that the customer requested to close her account and was sent the appropriate email regarding that issue. Further, we reviewed the phone conversations between the customer and our Representatives and in no instance did we find any impropriaties and would rate the **************** received as excellent. We sincerely regret that the customer feels otherwise.Review fromJamie G

I have been ordering from Personalization Mall for at least 15 years now. i think a personalized gift means more than something anyone can grab at the store.I've gotten ornaments, decorations, wedding gifts. Heartfelt gifts when people and pets have past. It's a perfect memory. The customer service is great too, I have been in a hurry and misspelled a name or two and they are very nice about charging half price to reorder.
