1 starI ordered 2 personalized coffee mugs. 1 was great and the other mug was horrible. The heads of my wife and granddaughter were cut off at the middle of their faces. The company said they wouldn't give me a refund for the 2nd mug. Horrible customer service.

Dear Customer, We regret that you were dissatisfied with the results of one of the items that you ordered.Upon upload/personalization the customer has the opportunity to preview the result and must approve the item to click through to check out .You did approve how the placement of the photo would appear on the item and received the item exactly how the preview showed; with that said, as a one time courtesy we issued you a credit for the item so it is unclear how resolving the issue to your benefit did not resolve the issue to your satisfaction as we made no error in producing, shipping or delivering your items.Review fromPAULA C

1 starThis was my first and last order with this company. I ordered three stockings just after Christmas. I personally entered my shipping address in ********. The company shipped it to my previous address in *********. I dont know how they even got that address since the address I entered was ********. When I contacted them about their error, I was offered the opportunity to reorder at a 50% discount which I declined since I dont feel they deserve a bonus for their error. Dear Customer .We regret your experience but in fact Personalizationmall.com sent a confirmation e-mail to you immediately after check-out which would would have detailed the 'ship to address' and further there is no mechanism for us to edit the information entered for a customer order. We produced and shipped the order in good faith to the address that was provided; we stand by our commitment to resolve any error that we make and offer a compromise in the event that the error is not ours which we would gladly honor.Review fromKristina R

1 starOrdered 2 items on 12/20/22 paid for expidited shipping as it promised delivery by 12/24/22. I received an email the following day showing my item shipped and was out for delivery. The item never arrived. When I check the shipping tracking number it just showes it was received by the carrier but hasn't left. I emailed them on 12/27/22 and still have not received a response.
