1 starI ordered a personalized drink holder. The photo of the item on the website showed large, clear wording. When I received my product, the letters were so tiny you could hardly read them. When I emailed they simply stated the item was made according to the design parameters created by our ****************** They offered a 20% discount on that item which, while a nice gesture, does nothing for the fact that the item I received looked nothing like what was shown on the website. Because it was personalized, they wouldnt refund it and said if they remade it, it would just look the same. Very poor customer service.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We sincerely regret that the customer is unhappy with the personalization on her purchase. We always endeavor to provide our customers with all the information necessary to make an informed purchase and two that end we have clear instructions as to the number of lines and the character limit per line. Additionally we show a preview of the item that must be approved prior to purchase. The font size on the item is proportional to the number of characters on a line. In this instance the customer used only three of the four lines and therefore the font is smaller. Had the customer used all four lines the font size would have been larger. Had we issued a replacement the personalization would have still remained the same. The customer had the option to use the four lines or contact customer service prior to placement and would have been advised to use all four lines to increase the size of the font. Once again we regret that the customer is unhappy with their purchase.Review fromToni L

1 starI was extremely disappointed in the size of the lettering. If you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and it's HARD to read! The delivery was fast but it's definately not worth the money... *******************Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We sincerely regret that the customer is not satisfied with the product purchased. We always endeavor to provide our customers with all the information necessary to make an informed purchase which is the reason we provide a preview. We do provide a preview of the item with the personalization which the customer is required to approve prior to purchase and this clearly displays the size of the personalization. Yes, it is small as this is a golf ball with the personalization area the approximate size of a dime. Please note that the personalization for the logo is done at the manufacture and is applied before the cover is applied to the ball. Our personalization is applied AFTER the ball has been formed and thus the limited space. Once again, we regret that the customer is not happy with their purchase.Review fromDenise N

1 starI ordered a personalized blanket. It can ripped and had horrible creases that will but come out ... all the faces are distorted. I sent pics, called customer service and got nowhere. I wish I could attach photos. The quality of their items is awful. Also ordered two picture frames at ***** each. The glass and backs are ******************'t fit in the grooves and fall forward. They want pictures of everything then won't do anything to make it right. I will NEVER make another purchase from this company. Got burned in the past but gave them a second chance. Pure cheap junk from *****. There are much better companies out there that deliver a gift you would be proud to give. I'm throwing my gift away as it is embarrassing to give to someone. We sincerely regret that the customer found the quality of the goods and services received to be of poor quality. We requested photos of all of the items that were noted in the customer complaint and only received photos of the blanket. We reviewed the photos yet again with our ***************** Team and did not note any visible "rips" in the photos provided. We did note fabric creases and nap displacement due to the product being folded and placed in a plastic bag for protection. The creasing and nap displacement are normal during transit and are not defects. We requested that the item be washed and dried and then re-photographed if the creases did not go away and the nap displacement disappear. We stated that we would review this again should the product still display said creases and displacement and provide a resolution. The customer refused any and all suggestions to resolve the stated issues with the blanket. We have manufactured these blankets for all of the 25 years that we have been in business and know that the item was, in fact, manufactured correctly. Due to the customers refusal to work with us to provide a solution, we gave the customer a 20% discount on the blanket and the two frames, although the customer refused to provide photos of the two frames. It is our company policy to request photos so that we are sure that we are correcting the issue for the customer and after listening to the recorded call, can state that our Representative in no way stated or implied that the customer was lying and was only trying to resolve the issue for this customer. We are extremely sorry that our efforts did not inspire the cooperation necessary to resolve this issue for the customer.Review fromSharon C

We sincerely regret that this customer is unhappy with the purchase. We always endeavor to provide our customers with all the information necessary on the website to make an informed purchase and to that end we included the following: " An assortment of fonts including script, distressed, and block are used throughout the design." The customers did not read the description as the personalization to which she referred in her complaint is the distressed font. Additionally, the distressed look appears in the preview option that she approved prior to purchase. We do not accept returns on merchandise manufactured correctly due to the personalized aspect of our products, however, she was provided the option to return the merchandise for a Store Credit for the merchandise only. Again we are very sorry that this customer was not satisfied, however, we feel that we offered an equitable solution to the complaint.Review fromNancy T

1 starI ordered a personalized blanket as a special Christmas gift for our inlaws. The blanket arrived in a cheap clear plastic bag that could not be opened to inspect it, without tearing the bag in the several places where they taped it closed. Most places, use clear plastic bags with an envelope type closure, which can be opened and closed easily and still look new. Not this company. I called customer service, but the representative only blamed their manufacturer for the issue and said they could not do anything about it. I explained that they do have the capability to do something about it by either sending another clear bag that I could put the blanket into or contacting the manufacturer to have one sent to them and then send that to me. She was unwillling to do anything to help me and said she needed to get off the phone to help someone else. My advice is to find another company to do business with that will provide you with a packaged product you can be proud to give as a gift.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We sincerely regret that the customer was unhappy with the way we package our blankets. We have packaged our blankets in a clear plastic bag, neatly folded with the personalization showing. We have done this for 24 years without complaint. The quality of our products and personalization are excellent and we do offer the gift box option if the customer wants to present a complete package, however, this option was not selected. Again, we regret that the customer was not satisfied with our packaging materials and sending another clear plastic bag would not have changed the quality of the bag which was the complaint.Review fromFlora L

1 starWe received "A Day to Remember" wall art as an wedding anniversary gift. Some of the content was tasteless and tone-deaf - the "exciting events" selected to commemorate the wedding day included *************************** shooting of film crew members and the number of nuclear warheads in the US arsenal. This was under the tagline "what a happy day it was"! A Personalization Mall customer service rep did respond promptly to my first email but refused to exchange for a different item and did not respond to my second message. Marking 1 star both for the poor selection of content for wall art (gun violence and nuclear armaments to mark a wedding day) and lackluster customer service.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We sincerely regret that the recipient of a well intended gift found the content to be tasteless and tone-deaf. Our customer selected the item and approved the preview of the item, clearly showing the information that included. They apparently felt that the information was appropriate. We do not accept returns on items manufactured correctly as due to the personalized aspect of the product it cannot be resold. Our Representative only responded per company policy. 1 starI was disappointed with the "Lavish Last Name Personalized Tech Organizer" I ordered. Tech organizer my a__. It's basically a folder, looks like cardboard, and doesn't have any compartments for chargers or earbuds or anything. It might as well have been called a "lavish last name personalized pen and pencil holder" or a "lavish last name personalized comb and little sample of shampoo" holder. $24.99 plus shipping. We received the customer complaint and issued a replacement for the item due to the slanted lettering for which we sincerely apologized. The globe for the machine does fit together correctly, however you must work with it to get it in the correct position otherwise the personalization will appear off center.
