    My order came incomplete it was a gift. They tried to ****** but it was too late Christmas came and went and I got stuck with an incomplete order.

    We regret that the ornaments that you ordered did not come with a hanging ribbon and apologize for any inconvenience or embarrassment that it may have caused you in giving the gift. I hope that replacing them as soon as we were made aware of the error was some satisfaction and hopefully you will give us another opportunity to serve you.

    I recently ordered stockings to match with ones I bought a couple years ago. The quality was horrible and it was suppose to be ivory on top and it was a cheap white thin yarn. I reached out to company and they only wanted to refund one or give a credit for future purchase. The **************** was rude and could careless to actually help. I'm still going back and forth for a refund. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

    We have reviewed the customers order and see that her initial complaint was was the color of the stocking cuffs differed from those she purchased in a previous year. Unfortunately, you cannot compare items purchased from one year to the next as the dye lots vary and materials can vary as well. We cannot and do not guarantee that items will match. The customers expectation that the items should match is not reasonable. We did try to resolve the issue by offering a courtesy resolution which the customer rejected. We manufactured, shipped and delivered the product in good faith and there are no specific quality issues in the merchandise ie: tears, stains, personalization issues which we would of course stand behind. We regret that the customer is unhappy with her purchase.

    My product is over 20 days late and wont arrive in time anymore. Customer service experience is atrocious. You wait in line and never get an answer. If You select to have them save your spot they do not call back. Do not order from here, awful experience. Delays are okay, but the service is non existent - which is unacceptable

    I've had great experience with this company, especially the personalized blankets, sun catchers, pillows. Just received my last order for Christmas..initialed scarf, wooden checker board with names, sun catcher with Son and Daughter-in-law initial. What I am always impressed by is the way gifts are packed. Plenty of bubble wrap and paper in appropriate size box so it's not moving so much to get damaged. Thank you Personalization Mall.

    I hate to even give them one star but no star is not an option. This has been a very frustrating experience to say the least. The representatives do not know their product and the manager I dealt with was awful. I got absolutely nowhere after waiting on hold three times for ***** minutes each time. Their customer service is the worst. Why should I pay anything for their mix up. When I received the ornament that I ordered it was in color and I selected the grey option. Their best offer was to send me the ornament in grey as ordered but I had to pay the $10 shipping. Excuse me, I already paid shipping on an order they screwed up. I shouldnt be required to pay anything. So disgusted!

    We reviewed the customers order and the item in question and find that "gray scale" is not an option on this item and that our Representative tried various ways of explaining this to the customer to no avail. One of the Supervisors tried in vain to advise the customer that she received what she ordered and she refused to accept our explanation. At this point all we can do is to advise the customer to go to the website and see for herself that the option is not available on the item she purchased. We offered her the option of an item that could be done in gray scale and we would manufacture the item for free but she would need to pay the shipping. She declined our offer to assist with the issue.

    So I have ordered from them several times this holiday season. Most of the orders were delivered and received and were awesome. However, I have an issue with an order. I am trying to contact customer service as I type. I've been on hold (read: ignore) for 1 hour, 35 minutes at this point. The obnoxious recorded message says the predicted wait time is 30 minute. merp My advice is...as long as you have no issues, use them! If you think you might have an issue, run! Run the other way!

    We are very sorry that this customer has taken exception to the extended wait time during our busiest season. We make and deliver "awesome" products at a reasonable price point and do provide outstanding customer service. We apologize if the wait time precludes future purchases.

    If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a banner for friends in November, didn't get it. Their customer service only replies to you about once every 5 days. After telling me over and over again that it was going to ship, they finally just sent an email with a refund and a pathetic apology. If they would have said something, I would have ordered something else for my friends.Worst site and worst customer service I have had in 2022. Don't buy from them.

    This customer is correct, they did not receive the banner that they ordered. However, we did respond repeatedly with updates. Unfortunately, we were unable to deliver the merchandise after a great deal of communication and we accept full responsibility for this issue. The customer did receive an apology and a refund which we recognize does not negate our failure to provide the requested product. We are sincerely sorry for the issue.

    Absolutely horrible! The personalized dish was chipped and the paint did not cover the entire surface. After sending several pictures of the product, I was told there was nothing they could do. It's in the trash now. Beware!!! I'd give NO stars, but that's not an option

    We have reviewed the order and see that the item was damaged in transit and did incur some damage to the side. The issue with the glazing not being uniform around the lip of the item is normal and we state that some imperfections are to be expected with a hand-glazed product. The customer was refunded in full for the damage incurred during transit.

    Ordered a photo blanket for my in laws with the grandchildren on it. It's a six picture blanket. The blanket material has a wrinkled effect to it, so I called for a replacement thinking they sent the wrong blanket type. I waited an hour and a half on the phone to get an agent. Once I did, she gave me her email to send her pictures. She said she would get back with me. Never heard a word, but then relieved an email saying another was on its way. Just got here today and it's the SAME BLANKET. The kids faces look like they are 85 years old, there are wrinkles through the entire thing. I am livid. Why promote a product with the design for 6 pictures and use this type of material. Also, I did not design my blanket, I went with their design. Now on hold yet again and this time I will be requesting a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and now I am not able to gift this to my in laws as it is 6 days before Christmas.

    Fleece blankets are manufactured starting with a white blank and are folded and placed in plastic bags for transport. Wrinkling during transport is expected and will move the material nap so that some white from the background may show. A simple tumble in the dryer with a damp cloth generally removes most wrinkles and puts the nap in the correct direction and if it doesn't we replace the item. This customer received both the original and a replacement and has not contacted us regarding the replacement as of this writing.

    Customer placed order with our Economy shipping option which stated the delivery would be on or before December 24, 2022 and the package delivered 12/21/22. We always provide our customers with ***************** information and have a ****************** Policy to back up our promises.
