1 starEvery year I have ordered personalized ornaments for my host families - generally 18 or more depending on the placement year. This past year, I ordered 6 ornaments. One arrived promptly on time, though it was much much smaller than they have been in the past. The second order for 5 was placed the next day. Expected delivery was supposed to be BEFORE Dec 17th. December 17th came and went. The ornaments DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS! What a waste. When I called to complain and emailed to complain, no care or concern was given. It was a “well you should have paid more for shipping”. Uh, no, it should be the same service I have enjoyed year after year. Also, the ornaments were tiny! Like really really small compared to the past. The photo ornament was blurry despite the file - and preview - being crystal clear. All in all horrible service from A to Z. I tossed the ornaments in the trash rather than give subpar gifts to my host families. I am thankful I had also ordered gift cards for all my families so at least they did receive nice gifts.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We apologize for the experience of delayed delivery it appears on the tracking history your package was produced and shipped in adequate time for Christmas delivery and though we cannot attest to it's route we are certainly sympathetic to the disappointment that you experienced, In reference to to the size of ornaments comparing 1:1 it is possible that a vendor may change an item and that is not within our control most items do have a dimension in the copy block. 1 starDo NOT order from this company. The ice bucket I ordered came defective/broken. They did do not stand behind the quality of their products. They make you jump through loop and hurdles in order to receive a refund. Save your money for a legitimate company with good customer service.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

Dar Customer, We are sorry that you received your item damaged and for any inconvenience this may have caused. We received your email on 1/28/2023 detailing that the handle was broken/unscrewed and we responded almost immediately requesting that you send us a picture of the damaged item, further we indicated in the email that you had a choice of replacement or refund for the item.
