1 starTerrible - do not order from them. Ordered a cutting board that I spent over $50 on. Christmas gift! Cracked in multiple places within 6 weeks of being used and hand washed. Company will not replace - only offered a discount to order another one!. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Dear Customer, We are very sorry that you weren't pleased with your purchase and regret that it has created a negative impression. Upon review of your account and the pictures that you sent in regard to this issue it appears that the cutting board was not oiled and this is the likely cause of the cracking issue, the board is heavily scratched for such a short span of use but it also appears very dry; in the product offering we do have the option to purchase mineral oil to care for the board and we include in the copy block instructions to care for the board:Preserve with mineral oil on a regular basis to avoid drying the wood out; do not wash in the dishwasher. Oil after every use. If only used for display you still must oil at least once a month. As the board was not defective and produced with the correct personalization a return outside of 30 days was not possible.Regards, Personalization Mall. comReview fromVyacheslav S

5 starsOrdered from this company a couple times now an I have 0 complaints! I Ordered my wife a personalized wine glass and it shattered in my hands. I contacted customer service and they replaced the wine glass. All they asked for was a picture of the broken one. I received the new wine glass 3 days later. Couldn't be happier!
