1 starI ordered something that said would be there before mothers day. Today is the 23rd and it still hasn't been delivered. So disappointing, and very regretful at this point. Dear Customer We regret that you anticipated delivery of your package before mother's day but to provide context as explanation this was not the expectation that was set nor communicated when you placed your order on 5/12/2023, using the economy shipping option. A normal time-frame of 5-7 business days is what applies to that method and this package was delivered within the window of promise yesterday 5/22/23. Our confirmation email is sent immediately upon check out and your confirmation clearly detailed that the order was NOT scheduled to be delivered by mother's day. We regret any confusion and the disappointment this may have caused; we strive to deliver above and beyond our customer's expectation and in this case the only option would have been a costlier shipping method to have the package produced, shipped and delivered ostensibly overnight. 1 starAs a keepsake graduation gift, I ordered a mahogany wood compass from this company. What was sent to me was a cheaper quality black plastic compass. I contacted customer service to request that that they send me what they advertised and what I ordered. I was asked to email a picture of what I received so the "quality assurance" team could review it.The response: "they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our ****************** We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the item, but a replacement would be produced with the same result because the item is the correct color. We do stand behind our products 100% and if there is ever a defect or error in personalization we will certainly address the problem. However, we are not able to accept returns, or refund in full, for products that were correctly personalized." Buyer Beware! Plainly stated, the company's policy is that they can engrave, send and charge you whatever they want - even if it's not what you ordered - and *as long as the engraving is correct*, you are stuck with it, SOL.It was not 'the correct color, nor was it made of the material that was advertised/ordered. Black plastic is NOT red wood. $65 wasted. If you're looking for a special occasion gift... for that once in a lifetime event, this vendor *Personalization Mall* is NOT recommended.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We remade the compass at your request the only concern is the item you received was indeed ******** and made of wood, although it may appear black in or very dark in a low light if you look at it in reflective light it will be dark brown; it is indeed mahogany and the remake may be just as dark. 5 starsI ordered personalized clock for our retiring staff. I ordered seven clocks, all personalized, and received them in just a few days. I did not expedite shipping. The clocks are perfect! 5 starsOur friends will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony. They requested no gifts but I had to get them something special. This gift is perfect. My "personalization" was perfect and I think a photo album is a wonderful idea to hold the event photos. The boxing is very nice. A simple classy gift. I had expediated shipping because I didn't want to take any chances with a late delivery. I ordered the gift on the evening of April 24th; it shipped the next day and I received it today April 26th. 5 starsI needed a flag for a 65 th high school reunion and was able to find one I could order with the school colors and graduation year printed on it. The surprise was, when it came it was readable on both sides! It was soft so it hangs nicely too. Thanks ! 5 starsThe Monster Truck Light came in broken. I was upset when I called because I ordered this present it in time for my nephews birthday. My item came in broken and I wasn't gonna have my present in time. Well customer service sent us a new one in 2 days we were able to give it to my nephew on time for his birthday. 1 starRecently everything I have bought has been terrible quality. I bought a mug for a Maid of Honor gift and the handle fell off while it had boiling hot water in it just a few days after it was given as a gift. I also bought another mug and shirt with photos on it and the picture quality has become grainy. They have lots of fonts to choose from, and the cards are very sturdy and well made for a very inexpensive cost. The t-shirts are true to size and are beautiful. 5 starsAfter the twin grandbabies were born June 24, 2010, we have been ordering from Personalizationmall. Their ******************* bought them a pair of the little shoes. I cried when I saw their names on them. I now buy the shoes or blankets for every baby shower I attend. I love the quality is great.
