5 starsSuper cute and a nice size piggy bank. I purchased the Elephant with gray stars and rose gold lettering. 1 starI ordered glasses that were engraved wrong. I wrote a negative review that has not been published. We have reviewed your orders and the associated correspondence and while we sincerely regret that you are not pleased with your purchases, you received both items the photo item and the glasses personalized exactly as your ordered. Additionally, we never refused to address the issue but needed the requested photo to be sure that we addressed your concerns. We never received a photo of either of the items referenced in this complaint. We do see that you acknowledged that you entered the personalization incorrectly and then approved the preview as correct on the glasses. Our standard procedure is to offer a 50% replacement discount should you choose to reorder with the correct personalization. The same would apply to the photo item, however, you would have to submit a higher quality photo on the replacement order. We will, of course, stand by our 50% replacement discount. As to the publication of the review, you submitted the review on the product review site and there is nothing wrong with either product. In both instances it was customer personalization error. Once again we regret that you are not pleased with your purchases.Review fromWendy H

1 starMiserable quality, nonexistent customer service!! Purchased an engraved keychain for my husband to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, when it arrived I was very pleased with the style and weight of the keychain. Unfortunately, after the first time he used it the engraving chipped off!! Because it was past the 30 days warranty period there was nothing they were willing to do! I understand why their physical stores have gone out of business and will never purchase merchandise from them in the future. 3 starsI ordered the personalized cigar box and was disappointed when I got it. It was packaged safely in my opinion, was just thrown into a PM box. Should have wrapped the wooden box in something because there was a couple scratches and scuffs on the box…. I feel with better packaging, I would have been more satisfied!
