5 starsEverything always comes exactly as I ordered, high quality and very nice print work. I have ordered multiple times (over 7 orders so far) for multiple things. I have always been very satisfied with my orders. All the gifts have always been loved, two have even asked for more to be printed for more family members. Great company, I havent had to call or had any type of issue with them. I will continue to order from them in the future.

1 starOne of the worst companies I ever ordered from. Made me upgrade and the product was cheap and very low in quality. When I complained to them about it, they didn't stand by their product. We have reviewed the order and tested the photo on both the light weight and plush versions of the blanket and the photo was not top quality in either version. We requested a photo of the actual blanket that was manufactured but none of the photos that the customer sent came through just the photo that was used to upload on the blanket. We would be most happy to review the product but do require the photo of the actual blanket. We will send the customer an email with the address to send a photo of the actual item for evaluation and after the evaluation we will work to resolve the customers issue . We sincerely regret that the customer is not satisfied with his purchase.Review fromCiera C

1 starI purchased the Passport Membership&all I have to say is DON'T DO IT! It's NOT worth the $30 you spend because they do NOT follow through on their guaranteed shipping that you get with the membership&they do NOT care that they don't get your packages to you on time or at all for that matter. I ordered a couple of things to send to my Grandpa for Father's **** I had the Passport Membership my order was GUARANTEED by them to be delivered ON OR BEFORE June 17th. I discovered my order hadn't been delivered yet&wasn't expected to be delivered until the 20th so I contacted them about it&they told me that it had until the end of the day to be delivered & they wouldn't do anything about it until after that. The 19th I contacted them again since it STILL hadn't been delivered&now Father's *** was over. I expressed how unhappy I was about it&requested a refund. The woman REFUSED to refund my money until I told her that I would put out a review about my experience. Then she offered to refund 20% of my order & $10 for shipping costs (Membership) because it was still gonna be delivered. Now June 21st it still hadn't been delivered&I contact them again. I expressed how upset I was&the person tracked my package&sent me a picture of it showing that my order was damaged&being sent back to them. That update was from June 14th! So the last 2 times I contacted them they KNEW my order was NEVER coming&still gave me a difficult time about getting a refund&only refunded part of it! I requested a full refund&the woman tried to claim I had to call the number before she finally issued it. However I was no longer being refunded for shipping costs, she added that $10 into the refund for my order&refunded me less. I told her that was unacceptable&that she could refund the $10 that was for shipping to the order where I paid for my Membership. She refused&told me I was fully refunded for my order & then ended the chat! I will NEVER shop here again&want everyone to know how horrible they are!Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We sincerely regret that the Father's *** gift was not delivered as expected. At the initial call, the package was moving normally through the delivery channel and we had no reason to believe that the package would not be delivered as promised. Ultimately, the package was damaged in transit and returned to our location and the customer was refunded in full. We do apologize on behalf of the carrier and PersonalizationMall. com that the gift was damaged and never received.Review fromRaymond R
