I felt that the picture frame that I ordered was good quality and was delivered quickly. 5 starsI made a mistake on my 1st order and reached out by email to the company and they were very quick and friendly responding. They offered to cancel my order as it is to late to change it once ordered. They were very quick to cancel and refund without any issues. It was a very smooth process. I waited a few days and I just reordered and everything went perfect. I believe I should have received free shipping with this order as it was close to a hundred dollars. I ordered this to ship to a family member and I haven't seen the quality of their products yet....but I am very hopeful that the quality is a great as their service was for me.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

5 starsThe best, cheapest, quickest place to go and order a custom canvas! I got a 20x30 canvas which was really expensive everywhere else with lengthy wait times. This company exceeded my expectations with the item arriving at my doorstep under 48 hours later and arriving just as the preview showed. I loved it.
