Dear Customer,We regret that you were not pleased with your purchase but your representation of our business practices is unfair; upon review of your order it appears that your complaint was the size of the item you purchased and your email correspondence pointed to a misrepresentation of our description as OSFA (one size fits all) when respectfully that isn't the case at all. The item description is detailed in measurements and size recommendation in clear bullet points. You requested that we take the item back for refund when the terms and conditions clearly state that we stand by our products for defect or damage, but do no accept returns for personalized items that do not meet those criteria, alas there are numerous choices with equally detailed descriptions that *** have met your needs. We offer customers who make an error a discount towards creating a new item, if you would like to take advantage of that option please don't hesitate to contact us.
