1 starBEWARE**COMPANY MISLEADS YOU ON FREESHIPPING AS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT**Their ads says PROMO - Triple discount for sales pricing, free shipping on orders over $45+ on, and extra 20% Off for the special in Dec 1 to 6th of 2023. YES THIS IS RECENT. Once you get to check out AND put in the coupon code there are still $ charges for shipping associated with whichever options you choose so I thought there must be an error because I spent $79+ on my order and thought there was glitch somewhere so REGARDLESS OF WHICH SHIPPING OPTION I CHOSE, I WILL GET CHARGED THE $ for SHIPPING. So, I figure well I can contact customer support to help resolve this situation, RIGHT? So pay it and move on so I can get my xmas gift out of the way before the sale ended. Well, WRONG DECISION - THEY IGNORE MY REQUEST!KEEP IN MIND, THE ORGINAL AD DID NOT MENTION PLEASE SEE DETAILS ON ANY OF THEIR PROMOTIONS - THEY ONLY PROMOTE - AGAIN FREE SHIP - ORDERS $45+ WHICH IS A TOTAL GIMMIC FOR CONSUMERS TO THINK THEY WILL GET FREE SHIPPING - AGAIN FALSE PROMO AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING YOU ONLY FIND OUT OF THE ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES AT THE END, APPEARING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE **** WHERE NO 1 LOOKS AT CHECK OUT. AGAIN - GIMMICK TO TRICK CONSUMERS - AS IT IS NOT CLEAR - LET ME JUST SAY THE **** THEY USE TO TO SHOW YOU THE SURCHARGES IS A QUARTER SIZE OF THE "FREE SHIPPING" ADVERTISEMENT I HAVE A SCREEN SHOT OF EVERYTHING THAT SHOWED UP ON MY CHECK OUT ORDER AND PROOF OF THIS NONSENSE I DON'T CARE SO MUCH ON THE COST TO BE HONEST - I CARE ABOUT THE PRICIPLE OF THE AD - BE HONEST AND DON'T HAVE GIMMICKS - BE STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH YOUR CUSTOMER AND SERVICE

We sincerely regret that this customer finds our terms of service unacceptable. We always endeavor to provide our customers with all the information necessary on our site for the customer to make an informed purchase. Additionally as with all retail establishments, coupons always have the details of the offer in smaller print along with the expiration date. It is the individuals responsibility to review the terms and conditions of said offers prior to making a purchase. Lastly we do clearly post any applicable surcharge on the item description page. The "Surcharge" is a separate fee charged by every carrier for an oversized or overweight package. These Surcharges have been in effect for five years and we only pass them through as they are not an actual shipping charge they are a "use fee" if you will but we just include them with the shipping charges. Review of the customers account does show that there was no actual "shipping charge" only the Surcharge. Again, we are very sorry that the customer takes exception but we do not hide information or have any intention to deceive our customers.Review fromMary F

1 starThe customer service is terrible. They put the wrong order in the box they sent me - there was no acknowledgement of their error, no apology, no expediting the correct order to me...The customer service person just kept asking for photos of the wrong item i received and that she couldn't do anything until she received the photos...very apathetic.....I have shopped here for years and I never will again...They have really gone downhill. We have reviewed the customers order and associated correspondence and understand that the customer was upset with our request for a photo. The purpose of the photo request is two fold, first to establish the origin of the error within our facility so that it can be properly addressed and second to insure replacement or refund of the correct item if there is an issue with an item or items. The intent of the photo request is not to accuse the customer of any deceitful practice and we are very sorry that this customer felt that was the case. Additionally, we found our **************** Representative to be very empathetic and kind. Again, we regret that this customer felt otherwise. Lastly, this customer was refunded in full for her missing items and we do now also apologize for our error in shipping the incorrect merchandise.Review fromJenn V

1 starif you are ordering a personalized gift, then it is very important to you That is why you SHOULD NOT purchase from Personalization Mall. I purchased a Silver Pocket Watch for a family member who just passed the bar. I had the watch engraved and the engraving was so shotty, there is no way that i would give it as a gift. Not even to a child. They are replacing it, but I just had to settle for the Initials on the front as I was up against a time frame and didn't want to take the chance of getting trash to have the other engraving. I don't know what happened with this company, but it has gone down big time. I called and spoke to a person who really could care less what I was saying. I ordered another pocket watch from Amazon that also offered engraving....What a difference...You are better to order from Amazon.Review fromSuzanne B
