1 starFast around in 1-2 days is their advertisement on gifts... says a gift need 4-5 days just to process, then another **** to ship... this was all after my purchase.But if you pay more for shipping and handling, they will process faster. 1 starStay away from ordering from Personalization Mall. They used to be a very ************ to order Personalized Items with quality and friendly items at a fair price. No more!!!! They raise prices and stop including accessories with purchases that used to be included. They raise prices and take away previously included items with purchases. I have ordered from them for over 10 years. I ordered Birthday gifts, wedding,anniversary Christmas and graduation gifts. My Wife ordered as she does every Christmas, 8 Personalized Ornaments for the grandchildren. They have always included a small burgundy Drawstring bag with each Ornament and my wife would put money in each bag for a nice little gift.Well this year we get the Ornaments and guess what no bags. Corporate Greed. Raise prices and give the customer less.I called them and they refused to send me bags we always get with the order. They said they would send the **** FOR $2 EACH. What a way to treat loyal customers. Raise prices and give them less What a ripoff..Stay away from these greasy Corporate Crooks. Never again. There are plenty of Dependable and Reliable Companies that do Personalization at a much better price and want Rip you off .Use them.
