1 starHorrible service. Cant tell me who I ordered from, where the item is or when it will arrive. They say tracking # will not provide accurate information. Told me Id revive a call back in 1 hour, and never called back. Recording blames it on COVIID.

We are most sincerely sorry for the less than acceptable response regarding the status of your order. We have looked into the issue and have put a process in place to avoid the time lag for response going forward. We also reviewed the issue of one of the orders not being processed which resulted in a refund. We don't yet know what happened but do know that it was an isolated incident. 5 starsI have been ordering from Personalization Mall for over 20 years. I have always been very pleased with the quality of their products and workmanship. Its very impressing with the amount of orders they receive how fast the orders are processed and received. The very few times there have been errors on their part, they always make it right for you, when its brought to their attention. Calling or emailing *************** is never a problem. 2 stars$25.00 to ship a three pound box! Totally outrageous. Their ads are misleading as well. They say 20% off SITE-WIDE with a coupon code, and yet anything "on sale" is not included. They add $4.99 per order for "heavy" items. Three pounds is NOT heavy. I routinely ship 40 pound ************** than they charged me to ship the 3 pound box. Will NEVER do business with them again! We have reviewed this order and see that the shipping charge of $13.99 plus a $4.99 surcharge for an oversize package, not overweight, was charged for the Standard delivery selected at check out. Surcharges are assessed by the carrier and are a pass through cost. Our shipping rates are industry standard and reviewed several times each year. Additionally, our promotion was a 20% discount site wide, however, some items such as the item purchased are exempt from this discount and are noted in the item description.Review fromDenise W

1 starThe engraved Christmas ornament engraving is so small it is unreadable. Contacted personalization mall customer service who emailed me bogus email contact information. We have reviewed this order, the phone conversation and all correspondence relative to this issue. We do see that we sent the email and confirm that the email address received is correct and we get several hundred emails a week to that address. We would be happy to review the photos should they be sent to the address provided. Additionally, this item is 3.3" H x 2.5" W with an engraving space of approximately 1" x 2.5". Further the font size is based on engraving of 4 lines of 20 characters each. The font size is not adjusted for each item as these are produced 100 pieces at a time.Review frompatricia B

5 starsThe products I have purchased from this company have been made well. Most of them have been pictures; however, I have bought other items, as well. Word of caution: Instructions are given to be sure to get inscriptions right the first time, as when you place your order it is final with no ability to change anything. If you receive an item with an error that you created there will not be a return or a correction by the company. I have had this happen to me. It was my fault. I corrected the mistake, reordered, and repaid. Shipping is generally fast. I would recommend ordering from Personalizationmall.com.Personalizationmall.com, LLC
