1 starDo not make a mistake. I purchased a framed picture and it came in with my son's one eye cut off and half of my daughters face on on the picture. Both were wrapped on the side. I called and they asked for the picture I sent and a picture of what I got. They refused to help at all, offered to give me 50% off replacement, used the excuse I missed seeing the preview showed the mistake I made, their quality control people said it was my mistake so basically I'm out $75 or I can pay another $35 and shipping for another one. Their customer service is terrible as they should have replaced my picture or given me a full refund as I've used them before. I also just received a cutting board that the wood on the one side is frayed and I thought why bother to try and get this corrected. I think I have only given a company a bad review one other time in my l life, but beware of this company as they do not budge if it's your possible mistake and will never give you a refund or replacement. Terrible customer serivce.

We always endeavor to provide our customers with all of the information necessary on our site to make an informed purchase. To that end we are one of the few companies that provides a preview option that shows exactly how the item will appear upon receipt. This option must be approved by the customer prior to putting the item in the shopping cart for purchase. We sincerely regret that this customer did not review the preview. Additionally, we understand that mistake happen and we make every effort to work with our customers. We offered this customer the opportunity to place a new order, at a substantial 50% discount which this customer declined. Lastly, this customer stated that she had an issue with her cutting board but never provided us with the opportunity to address the issue. She is still welcome to provide us with a photo of the cutting board for evaluation. We sincerely regret that this customer finds our business practices to be unacceptable.Review fromKay D

4 starsExcellent quality, fast delivery, good packaging. The only drawback is the shipping charges. If they could lower the amount you have to order, I think theyd get more business. The lowest Ive ever seen it is $35. In retrospect I could have ordered another ornament and would have qualified for free shipping, but I didnt have the information I needed. So I paid $11.99 to ship two approx. $12.98 ornaments, but it was worth if to me to have them here before Christmas.Personalizationmall.com, LLC

5 starsThey did a great job in creating my Christmas ornament from an old photograph. The quality of the ornament is excellent. The shipping was quick, and the ornament was well packaged. I was truly surprised that they could get it done and to me in such short time...I didn't think of having this ornament made until a week ago. 1 starAdvertised free shipping for Christmas items, offered free shipping on the item that I purchased and still had to pay shipping. Called for help and they told me that they wouldn't pay for the shipping, and they would change the wording on the site to reflect that they aren't paying for shipping. After review of this customers order and the phone conversation with our Representative, this customer was not denied free shipping. The customer was advised of two things during the phone conversation: that free shipping is a coupon code and that she had already applied another coupon code so we could not apply two codes. She was, however, advised that we could upgrade her coupon code to the free shipping code should she chose to change the shipping option she selected from Standard Shipping to Economy Shipping (terms of use on the coupon) which she indicated she would not want to do. Lastly there was no conversation about changing the wording on our site for any reason.Review fromPENNEY W

I have never had an issue with anything I've ever ordered and certainly never been disappointed! I've ordered picture frames, glasses, ornaments, and blankets and would recommend them all. 5 starsVery item I have ordered from personalization mall for the past several years has been beautiful and of good quality. I have no complaints on the products themselves. I do , however, have a complaint on their high shipping costs per product. Their shipping costs are substantially higher than other companies I have ordered from. 1 starSo glad I checked this site BEFORE ordering. I was all ******* thru paypal, but still feeling a little duped at what seemed high shipping charges for my order. Reading the mix of reviews here, I decided against placing the order. My parting note to the company, be upfront about all costs. This feeling of being duped on fees casts doubt on the quality of your product and there are clearly opportunities to improve your customer service. I will continue to purchase for years to come, and even if through those purchases one bad experience happens all of the amazing items I have received and gifted will far surpass any anger.
