1 starI ordered 2 pieces of their 42137-Engraved Professional Grey Digital Desk Clock and Organizer. They sent a product with unreadable imprint which was different from their advert. I complained and sent them images they requested along with image of their advertised product. They first responded that the orders made in January 2023 was from another one of their company so cant refund. I reminded they I just made these order 3 weeks or so ago. They then came back they wont fix it nor refund cos nothing was wrong with what they sent me. They are rogues, Dont buy anything from them!!!Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We most sincerely regret that the customer is unhappy with his purchase. We have reviewed the order, the item preview and the photos provided and can confirm that the product was manufacture correctly and that any replacement would be exactly as the items initially received. Engraving does not produce a color different from the base metal and therefore would appear just as received. We do see that a discount was provided but a full refund is not warranted. Once again we regret that the customer is not satisfied.Review fromJana W

5 starsI have seven friends that I ordered these socks for. Every pair turned out to be totally AWESOME!! I can hardly wait for Christmas to give out these gifts. 1 starI'm so disappointed in the customer service. I ordered a sherpa throw 60 by 80 of my daughter's dog who passed. The preview looked good. When I received it. I was so sad. It was blurred so stretched out it didn't look like her dog. I celebrate Chanukah. I reached out to them and they were satisfied with my order and weren't willing to help but give me a discount. I told them I work 2 jobs and I want a full refund so I could order from somewhere else. So I was embarrassed to give it to my daughter and had to find something else and stuck with it. It's terrible to do that for a 80 blanket. In this crazy world . Really? Now I'm passed that a company would do this on this holiday. Knowing how prices are today. I'm telling all my friends and family to not order ever again. In the end wS it worth it to them...shame on themPersonalizationmall.com, LLC

We have reviewed the order, the photo provided and the preview approved at the time of purchase and find that the product was produced exactly as ordered. We understand that this was a special gift and sincerely regret that the customer is not happy with the product. Unfortunately, a replacement would be produced with the same results. 1 starTerrible customer service- if you have an issue with a product that was customized you will never get a resolution. If you get resolution by fighting the charge on your credit card, they will not allow you to place future orders, they want you to pay for the terrible quality they refused to speak with you about in the first place!!! Very sad I always a loyal customer, but the blankets I received on this order looked absolutely nothing like the picture - cheap, color a mess, and absolutely no response from customer service until a year later!Personalizationmall.com, LLC

We have reviewed the order and all associated correspondence and see that we requested a photo of the product received so that we could determine if there was any manufacturing error, however, instead of submitting the requested photos, this customer disputed the payment with their credit card company. We won the dispute due to the lack of cooperation by the customer and now a bad review is submitted rather than working with us to resolve the issue. We will always make the effort and only ask that customers meet us half way.
