1 starOrdered 1 pair and charged for 1 package of 4. Did get corrected. Reluctant to even try the product since it is non-refundable if used or package has been opened. Size Large is not large enough to fit over my heal. I sent photos and detailed description of my refund request for the socks receiving a reply acknowledging their size Large is the biggest they make and does not fit a man's average foot. My refund request was approved despite the "opened package" policy. The socks had to be shipped, at my expense and then sent to a separate department for verification once received at the warehouse. Then they ghosted me, for weeks! Finally ***** replied that I do not qualify for the refund due to the "open package and/or used" policy. Soo... how do you inspect and try the product for size (expecting a tight fit) without opening the ziplock package??? This company is very difficult to work with, very poor customer service and no commitment to their clients. At least you can get a refund if purchased on Amazon but an expensive waste of time using and ordering from their website. Casts a sour outlook on independent businesses.Soothe Relieve

1 starPlaced an order on 5 January ****. Contacted them to cancel the order 6 minutes later and was advised they would cancel the order but would only refund a part of the cost of the order. Have attempted to contact them by phone and email numerous times and have not received a response to resolve the matter. Received emails asking questions and making comments but nothing to resolve the matter.Their website shows that the have a "...30-Day Money-Back Guarantee..." They sent a statement that the merchandise was sent 16 January ****. "16 Tue 07:58 pm In Transit In Transit to ******************** ****************, **, *************..."Have numerously tried to contact them to stop shipment but have been ignored.You should NOT order anything from this company as it is apparent that they misrepresent points shown on their website and offer poor customer service.Soothe Relieve

1 starDont buy anything fr this company; its a total scam. They market these socks as relief fr insomnia to cure for neuropathy. None of this works! Socks do nothing except keep your feet warm. I contacted the company within minutes of realizing I would b charged for 5 pairs instead of one. They said I could not cancel the order as it had already been completed. It was Dec 27 th SoI highly doubt it would go thru that fast ended up paying over a hundred dollars which also included 5 foot pads for detoxing. Also a complete scam. I tried it for 5 nights with absolutely no effect Dont be fooled by this bogus company.Soothe Relieve

1 starI bought over Instagram an ad regarding compression socks. I ordered 2 pair Large pairs and got 10. Plus they are a large and cannot fit over my heal so I have 10 pair I cant wear. I just want to return them but had no receipt in the bag or how to return items.Dont see their advertisement anymore which helps others not to get in the scam.Soothe Relieve

1 starDo not order from this company! I returned the socks December 12, 2023, within the thirty days! I payed for the return as well as emailed the tracking number! I had emails sent back and forth and they acknowledged and thanked me for sending them the tracking number. They promised I would get a refund once they inspected the returned packages and determined the packages were not opened! I have yet to hear back from this company and have not received my refund of $56.00!!Soothe Relieve

I ordered one pair of socks as I went to check my back account I was immediately charged another $60.91, on a separate order of a 3 pack of socks as well as the 1 pair I ordered. 1 starI cant put in words what i think Ordered Sooth Relieve Compression socks andthey were shipped by above compamy I must have written 20 emails Starting with when i ordered 3 pairs of socks they automatically UPEDthe number by4 more Charging me for7 pairs of socks I immediately toldthe I DONT WANT YOUR SOCKS AS SOON AS I RECEIVED NOTICE OF ORDER DISCREPACY ythey said they remove the4 pairs and credit back my card NEVER DID They never acknowledge my request TO CANCEL ORDER and proceeded to send me 3 pairs of socks I ordered large have size 8 2 e Foot They dont fit cant get thenm on !!!!!!I I continually e mail them in regards to this and They NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE MY REQUEST of my e mail THey go on about issues not even relating to my e mail request BUYER BEWARE this is a scam As i CANCELLED RIGHT AWAY they didnt acknowledge my reqest and sent me the 3 pars of socks It unbelievable there repies I WANT MY ENTRIRE CHARgE CREDItED BACK I have kept ALL E MAILS TRUST you can help ne and caution others of this companySoothe Relieve
