    Saw advertising in ******. Ordered 1 pair of socks and was charged for 4 after going through several screens on website to decline offer or still went through. Sent in email within 12 hours to cancel order and received a reply from ***** with customer service order will be cancelled. Just received email order was processed and not cancelled. Not a nice company to do business with.

    On 7/25 I entered an order for socks $42.44 On 7/26 order confirmation included additional items for $42.44+$64.62+$36.21 and the same three amounts were charged to my credit card.On 7/26 I wrote an email to the company pointing out the mistake and asking to be credited the overcharges. The answer was that the order could not be changed since it had already been effectuated. The same answer has since then been given.On 7/28 I received a "tracking information" giving an estimated delivery date as 8/17. Three weeks after they claimed that the order had gone out. Still they are saying today that they that I owe the entire ********** is obvious that this company had set out from the beginning to skin me.

    I ordered just one pr of sooth relieve socks to try them out. The company tried to suggest more and more items, i said no. Then when they showed my total, it was for 4 pr at a price i believe was shown as *****. I feel this is unfair and I was not sent a confirmation thus have no way to contact them.

    I purchased 2 pairs of SoothReleive socks for $60.73 AUD and got charged an additional $59.37 AUD for an extra 3 pairs that I did not order. No confirmation email was sent, so I did not know who to contact. I have since found exactly the same socks on ****** for $7.90 AUD for 2 pairs. I think the site I bought the socks from is a total ripoff and should be put out of business

    7.24.2025 i ordered 1 pair got charged for that pair $15,87.than I got charged again $60,91 additional. Iam not ok with that..I would like a refund for the $60 ,9q if that is not possible I cancel the whole order.i only want the 1 pair if that's how you do business it's very poor to get money from retired people.i hope we can resolve this.     I ordered a pair of socks on June 1 - they charged me for one pair and an upsell as they called it for 4 extra pairs which I did not authorize.the package was delivered to my building on June 10.I was out of the country and notified them on July 1 ( when I returned ) that the sock did not work for me and that I wanted a refund for all . They gave me a song and dance about only getting 50% back and I could order more if I wanted - almost as if AI was in charge of these returns ??. I insisted that I wanted a refund and they gave me return instructions . I was sick and could not get to the post office to obtain a tracking number until July 14 when I sent them and paid $11.95 for a tracking envelope . They then said that I had exceeded the 30day return window so I would get nothing back - despite the fact that I sent all 5 pairs back . This is such a poor way to treat a customer and its no wonder that they have so many complaints . I wish I had read about their company before ordering ! I never would have !!! Thank you - it would be great to obtain a refund !

    I ordered one pair of compression socks and they charged my for 5 pairs plus some sort of replacement protection Who gets sock protection?No return phone number and it states you can cancel anytime within 12 hours I cancelled in 12 minutes

    I was on a website yesterday just looking at things and for some reason sooth relief sent me two messages stating day deducted two different amounts out of my account and said that I placed two orders which I did not and the only way I can contact them as email and they just keep sending me emails not you know. Ive told him right away to that I denied that I ordered them to cancel it and return my money and they just keep sending me promotional deals and all this stuff. I just want my money returned.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is the same response they gave me before. when I would give them the information they ask for they wouldn't answer me. I sent numerous emails to them with no response. The **** told me their return address is a mail drop that they use and do not pickup the returns. the post office said the package arrived at the address but is not being picked up.

    Ordered 1 pair of socks. Went through a bunch of misleading screens to try and upgrade my order but declined. Then the order automatically submitted without my approval and 4 additional pairs of socks and other merchandise was added. Not contact to cancel order and had to fill out yet another form. There web site is very poorly designed and misleading do not order from them.
