Saw advertising in ******. Ordered 1 pair of socks and was charged for 4 after going through several screens on website to decline offer or still went through. I ordered a pair of socks on June 1 - they charged me for one pair and an upsell as they called it for 4 extra pairs which I did not authorize.the package was delivered to my building on June 10.I was out of the country and notified them on July 1 ( when I returned ) that the sock did not work for me and that I wanted a refund for all . They gave me a song and dance about only getting 50% back and I could order more if I wanted - almost as if AI was in charge of these returns ??. I insisted that I wanted a refund and they gave me return instructions . I was sick and could not get to the post office to obtain a tracking number until July 14 when I sent them and paid $11.95 for a tracking envelope . They then said that I had exceeded the 30day return window so I would get nothing back - despite the fact that I sent all 5 pairs back . This is such a poor way to treat a customer and its no wonder that they have so many complaints . I wish I had read about their company before ordering ! I never would have !!! I was on a website yesterday just looking at things and for some reason sooth relief sent me two messages stating day deducted two different amounts out of my account and said that I placed two orders which I did not and the only way I can contact them as email and they just keep sending me emails not you know.
