1 starBEWARE On 8/25/25 @ 9:06am est. I ordered two pair of socks for $38.91. When the order was complete I noticed there were 3 additional pairs of socks added to my order for a total of $76.27. I reached out to cancel the additional socks within a minute or so. I got a reply @ 9:11am est. that my request had been received. Unfortunately, after several emails back and forth the order was not canceled because it had been processed and shipped according to *****. Ironically on 8/28 they sent me an email, see below to upsell me on another product that would be ADDED to my order "that was already processed and shipped" but my order could NOT be canceled.Thu, Aug 28, 9:01AM to me Hi,I'm *******, the person behind the product you just bought. 1 starMy wife recently purchased a pair of compression socks from this company. The total price was to be $15.72. When she received their confirmation email there was an additional charge of $23.89 for a second pair of socks that she did not order. When I checked our bank account, both amounts were taken out. She has contacted their customer service and is waiting for a call back. Ive read many other reviews citing the same type of things.Soothe Relieve

My wife has done everything your company has asked of her including providing her email address and confirmation number. She then received an email from your company about 5 days ago asking her to confirm her identity to verify that she was who she said she was. She did that yet your company has yet to try and resolve her issue. I cant believe you add items and charge people for items they did not order but from reading the many reviews and complaints its obvious that you do. Whats more is that we havent received the items that she did and did not purchase and has received not email with updates on her order that was placed on 8/25Review fromS. B.

1 starThe same story as everybody else. Ordered one pair, they added 4 more. Tried to cancel order within minutes of placing but company would not. I refused delivery and e-mailed return tracking number to them. Received message saying I did not follow correct return procedure so no refund would be issued. Now I am being charged for socks that I don't have. I am contesting charge with credit card company. This company is a complete and total rip off. 1 starSoothRelieve's sales tactics and customer service practices are predatory and I want to share my experience to warn others. I've been recovering from plantar fasciitis, a slow process that recently improved with steroid shots. My wife saw an ad for SoothRelieve compression socks, claiming to help with the condition, so despite my skepticism, I decided to try a pair The online purchasing process was deceptive and incredibly frustrating. After adding one pair of socks to my cart, I was hit with a barrage of upsells and upgrades, forcing me to decline around six times before reaching checkout. The initial price for one pair was an exorbitant $17.00, including shipping a complete rip-off. Despite this, I proceeded. However, upon redirecting to ******, the total inexplicably jumped to $79.40. Before I could react, ****** approved the charge.Furious, I immediately tried to cancel the order. My attempt to reduce it to one pair was futile, so I canceled the entire order. A customer service representative named ***** confirmed she found my order and would cancel it, but noted the email address on the order was incorrect. She sent a confirmation email, which I received the next day, requesting I reply with the correct email for cancellation. I promptly did so. To my disbelief, she later replied, stating it was too late the order had already shipped ************ is focused on deception. This entire ordeal felt like a blatant scam. SoothRelieve seems solely focused on extracting money from customers with no regard for satisfaction or repeat business. Almost immediately after this debacle, When I contacted ***** about returning the socks, she offered a 50% refund and suggested I keep the socks without returning them. While tempting, I refused to give SoothRelieve another nickel given their shady practices. I mentioned the better offers I'd received, hoping for a more attractive resolution, but she flatly refused and provided return instructions.Soothe Relieve
