    Do not ever order from this company. If you need to ask for a refund, they will not refund your money. They have stolen $60.91 from me.

    Before I bought these socks my feet would keep me up through the night with a stinging sensation that sometimes was very uncomfortable Now I sleep through the night with the odd sensation but overall these socks have improved my sleeping habits immensely Thank you Sooth Relive ??????

    I'm not leaving a positive review on this product at all. I have a pair from another company but these, although they are the same size, I can't even get on my feet. I did struggle with them to get one pair on but literally had to cut them off my feet. Then when I emailed the company yo return the remaining product, they didn't even respond.Very unhappy with the product and the company.*****************************

    As many other dissatisfied customers Im also waiting on a refund and getting the run-around since early September. Size large socks will not fit my **** size foot. There is not a larger size. I returned as instructed but have no refund yet. Disgusted! Why do I purchase things advertised on ********* UGG.

    Double charged for order. Does not honor what was posted as refund policy. No phone number. Complaints submitted via email were repetitious hog wash designed to delay the "return" until customer is past posted return date limits.In reading the posts below, I do not need to continue. This is the same story. I had no option not to accept the order. The post office stuffed it in the mail box for me to discover later in the day.The same ad continued to pop up on ********* Every time it did, I posted a comment about charges and not not ordering refunds. They even attempted to counter my post. The ads stopped popping up after I continued to give them poor reviews.

    Ordered a 4 pack of socks that were delivered. Their website says large fits up to size 15. I have a size 12 foot and these come nowhere near fitting. Returned them and I show deliver confirmation they were received. No I just am getting the run around saying they didnt get them so cannot issue a refund. Beware these people are horrible to work with and basically unethical. Detailed records sent to credit card company along with dispute of the charge.

    Misleading when when ordering you only want to order one pair and they end up giving you six or seven pairs for over $100 I didn't order $100 worth of ***** no longer want them to give me a hard time about giving getting my money back and sending the product back to them and keep offering me 30% off I'm not taking that I want my full refund I don't want the product

    Just like **************'s review, I ordered 1 pair for ***** and moments later my card was charged $60.91 and $39.95 on 24 September. I immediately contacted them and tried to cancel the order, only to be told it was already processing and could not be cancelled. Through various emails back in forth, I was offered a 30% refund, then a 40% refund and finally a 50% refund if I kept the socks. I turned all these down and requested a 100% refund. The socks showed up at the post office on 29 September where I refused delivery and they were returned and received back on at SoothRelieve on 30September. As of 10 October they still refuse to do a refund.
