    My experience was terrible. I ordered one pair. They informed me they were sending 8 pair and charged my card. By phone one hour later I was told it was too late to change the order but I could keep half of the 8 at a discount. The socks do not fit me well at all.
    Their customer service people are unwilling to help.
    I will never use this company again.

    I would like my money back. I contacted customer service 3 times to let them know that I do not want the order anymore. I told them that I want a full refund or to not charge me at all. I feel that I have been ignored, and that all they want is more money from customers. If I still do not get my full refund I will have to contact a lawyer or police. However, I hope BBB can help me through this. I need the money for something else. Also I contacted them 2 times in less than 2 hours for refund and return policy. It has been frustrating, irritating, and annoying matter. Please help me get my refund. I ordered one pair of socks and then they charged me for another 4 pair of socks that I did not select which was more expensive than I expected.

    Ordered a pair of their socks showing for the reduced price of $17.95 + $4.95 shipping. They charged me $60.91. On their site it said I could cancel the order prior to it being 6 hours old. Tried but they didn't respond until way later at night saying they couldn't because it was already processed to ship. B.S.!!! These people are click baiting people with deals they have no intention of honoring!

    I tried to order 1 pair of socks this morning. When the confirmation arrived I had another 4 pairs of socks added on. Since there is no telephone number, I have been trying to cancel this order all day. All I get is a response to verify my email. I am really sorry that I didnt check BBB before ordering. What a scam!!

    this company is a scam! I ordered 1 pair of socks for $17.97 and received a charge on my credit card for $85 canadian. I cancelled the order within 1 hour of purchase when I received the order confirmation email. I have since been back and forth with them and they are offering 50% refund that I will not accept and they should have cancelled the entire order according to their policy of 6 hours.I have blockeed them as they keep soliciting other items.STAY AWAY FROM SOOTH RELIEF!!!!!!!

    I inadvertently (it seems) ordered the product twice a day apart. I have since then (July 7/24 )tried to get a response from the company by email several times and by completing their on line form for return. I have had absolutely no response. Interesting that Soothe Relieve can send me emails congratulating me on my purchase etc and offering help if I need it but that they do not respond when assistance is sought.August 20/24

    Just ordered (today) what I thought was 3 pair of socks from Soothrelieve. Ended up with two charges, one charge for 3 at $50.91 and the other charge for 4 pair at $39.95. Never thought I hit an order button for the 4 additional pair. Your website is very tricky, intentionally so it appears. I would say it is deceptive for the average user. I submitted a request via email and we'll see what happens. Of course the website does not have a phone number. That is certainly a red flag that I should have caught. Seems any credible company would have a phone number for customer support listed. Buyer beware!! Hoping I get this resolved. I see why this company has a poor BBB rating. What a disservice to have organizations like this doing business in the great country that we live it. Shame on you. - **********

    DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I WAS INVESTIGATING INTO GETTING SOME SOX AND IT SAYS CONTINUE TO THE NEXT PAGE. I DIDNT GET A CHANCE TO FIND THE CORRECT SIZING AND IT REGISTERED MY HALF DONE ORDER. I WAS NOT SHOWN A TOTAL, INVOICE OR MONEY CONVERSION. NO CHANCE TO CHANGE OR ANY THING. THEN TRIED TO CANCEL THE UNAUTHORIZED ORDER AND NOTHING WORKS. JUST FORGET IT. THEN AFTER HOURS OF TRYING. THEY SAY IT'S TOO LATE. ALL DONE. ENJOY. TUFF LUCK. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS RIPPOFF COMPANY .
