    Do not purchase. Made the mistake of seeing a review in a ******** group I'm in and didn't research anything myself. Saw the money back guarantee and just rolled the dice. They refused to refund after I contacted them about the fact that they are a scam.

    It is a scam. They drag their feet with multiple emails until your 30 days is past so you can't get your money back. I bought the 3 stage for a 2018 Toyota ******. I got worst gas mileage when installed. I contacted them and it took more than 3 emails to just get a reset instructions. Then tried it again for 1000 miles to no avail. They finally gave me an RMA Number and postage paid label to return the chip for another one. The second one was no better and when trying to get it resolved they stated it was past the 30 days and would have to settle for another replacement. When I said it was the 2nd one and didn't want to go through more lost gas mileage, they would not issue another RMA and said I had to ship it back on my money. As it stands now they will not return my emails.

    Please do not fall for this scam. This product has no value at all. It absolutely will not improve fuel mileage. It will actually hurt your fuel mileage. I tested three chips for their company putting over 15,000 miles on multiple chips never having any success. I never could talk to anyone that could tell me anything other than to reset the chip or will send you another one. I understand for $100. Everyone would love to improve their fuel mileage 4 to 6 miles per gallon but this product will not do that

    I do not see any difference . I got the stage 3 chip . I tried it with REGULAR and SUPER all I got was a higher gas bill then I had . I took the chip out went back to using eco mode that my 2023 Ford ******** came with and went back to 23.5 gpm . THIS SEEMS LIKE A WASTE OF MONEY TO ME . THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNS .

    Don't waste your money. They don't work
    Gas milage acutely decreased and no noticeable performance incrrase.

    Do not buy! This “tuner” does absolutely nothing other than drain your battery over two days of being plugged in, also causes your radio to cut out while driving. This company will not stand behind their pruduct. I returned the first one because it didn’t work and they sent another one that performed the same way. Then when I asked for a refund they refused saying it was outside the time limit for a refund. Extra time for returning the first one and waiting for new one put me outside of their refund policy.

    I wouldn’t recommend wasting money on this product. I bought one for my 2019 GME ****** with a 5.3. I seen no improvement in performance, shifting our fuel economy. Allot of empty promises. Feel like I just gave them my money for nothing.

    Can't leave a review on the Thorton website, but you can read a bunch of fake reviews. Chip did absolutely nothing for my 2014 JKU. Sent a refund request per their online instructions. Response was crickets. Hopefully, ****** will save me from this scam

    complete waste of money, my mileage dropped 2 mpg with this plugged in,and went back up when removed..
