    Bought 2 of these and they did nothing at all to my truck so I started to see all the reviews online of how it does nothing so I was curious to find out what made this Little chip tick so I took one apart only to find out there was absolutely nothing inside other than a circuit board for an LED light so this is a complete 100% scam waste of $200 bux

    Total scam, the chip doesn’t do a thing. I tried everything, and the company told me to reset it which I did multiple times. Drove 500 miles plus with no change whatsoever. I think it actually got worse.

    No, this product is not what it claims. This is a complete scam. What they claim to offer does not exist. Every ****** enthusiast would have and gladly share the blessing of 60hp gain for $99 if it were to be true. These can be bought in bulk for repackage and resell on ******* for under $5. They just change the label.

    I recently perchased two chips. One for my 2024 **** * ******** and one for my 2019 *** ****** ***. No improvements was notice and I pulled both today and feel my *** drives better without the chip and my **** I felt transmission shifting issues. I pulled them both today and throw them in the garbage. Scam!!!!

    Worst company ever!!!! Customer service is ****! I have been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks with no refund. I keep getting the answer by our policy we have to wait!! The waiting is over!!! I am filing charges in the morning with the police for theft!

    This is definitely a class action suit !!
    I bought one for myself just to test it ,
    not on my car that’s for sure.
    I knew I was wasting my money,
    All the chips are programmed the same they just changed the label on the box.
    They’re coming for you soon so keep my $99 cause you’re gonna need it for legal fees

    Everyone is right, this is a scam. We tested before and after using this chip and our conclusion is the chip does absolutely nothing to the tune of the engine. It does not enhanced performance or provide better fuel efficiency. I did get my money back because I threatened to post the video of our testing. I have not posted the video because it frankly isn't worth it. But be warned, do not buy this product.

    I recently purchased a 98 Town car and had kicked around the idea of a chip tuner. The one time I didn't check reviews it cost me $100 . After the purchase is when I decided to check reviews and that's my bad I know but it was the response I got from Thornton an hour after the purchase saying I wanted a refund that really irritated me . Approximately and hour after I purchased the item and going through the reviews I got 2 emails from Thornton . The first was a response to my request for a refund stating that the complaints I've read were from people who's vehicle were already having issues and that's why the chip didn't work . The second email was saying the item shipped. I have never dealt with such a crooked and dishonest business before in my life . Even after asking for a refund prior to the item shipping they gave me some lame excuse and forced their POS product on me anyway and I'm sure I'll get the same treatment as the other customers who have sought out a refund . Whom ever runs Thornton is an extremely dishonest and debased individual to run a business in this manner. They should be put out of business and the owner should be charged with theft by deception for every one of these chips they've sold unless he or she can prove the product indeed works .
