    I am neutral. Being investigating the market of this chips and the good reviews are like a 100 to every bad review here. I am using it just a stage 1 and I noticed increase on power. So don’t know what to say. Are you sure you got the original product. Theta ate a lot of scammers. Just my opinion.

    I have a 2016 **** ***** *** ***** and their Performance Chip didn't do anything to improve power or MPG. As a matter of fact, I took it off the OBD receptacle recently when I calculated 13.4 MPG instead of the 15.5 MPG I was getting before installing the chip. They ALSO stopped responding to my emails when I requested a full refund since their reset procedures were not working.
    ***WARNING*** DO NOT BY THE THORTON PERFOMANCE CHIP IF YOU OWN A **** ***** BECAUSE IT DOES NOT WORK!!!

    SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. CLAIM 60HP GAIN ON VEHICLES AND LITERALLY DOES NOTHING!! FRAUDULENT AND FALSE ADVERTISING!!
    THEIR ADDRESS IS A UPS STORE IN COLUMBUS! TELL TALE SIGNS OF A SCAM COMPANY!!!
    THEY WONT REFUND. THEY STROKE YOU. WONT HONOR 30 DAY GUARANTEE! THEIR SALES REP, ROBERT W*****, IS A SCAMMER!!

    DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
    This chip is absolutely worthless! Not only did I not get an extra 60hp from their Stage 3 chip…I did not get any HP increase AT ALL! And their customer service is just as bad. My chip went into the garbage after two months…and 200 miles of absolutely NOTHING!!

    Everything about this so called company is HORRIBLE. Waste of money and time. Customer service stinks. Can’t get a refund. Ship does not work at all. The reason they gave me for not working is that it’s MY TRUCKS FAULT!! Ridiculous!!!!!!! They don’t want help you!

    Have used their chips before and liked them but my most recent purchase for my **** ** caused the car to drink gas like no other, I lost 75% of my fuel economy, not exaggerating either, my car said I had 100 miles to empty and I ran out of gas in 30 miles I took it out and it went back to normal. I lit ruined my catalytic converter and had to replace that for 1500$ too. Worst of all I ask to return their faulty product and they have the nasty to tell me they won’t provide a shipping label.

    Absolutely a scam. Left it plugged in for well over the 500 miles and it did Absolutely nothing. Company won't return. Can't believe they haven't been shut down yet. This is the true "snake oil" scam.

    I followed the instructions and installed on my ****** Truck and noticed NOTHING except is blinking all the time even when the truck is not running or having key in ignition.. I purchased stage 3 last year and I give plenty time to learning habits like they recommend…. From all this I have learned it’s a SCAM AND I LOST MY MONEY!!! I just cannot believe my self how naive I was , I have read the reviews on their website… it’s all roseeeee but in my view it’s a total waste of time and money, another lesson learned!!!
