      Cricket is just stealing money from people. My account due date is the 3rd of each month. They shut my cell off on the 31. On Monday the 1st. I was charged $72 and cell was back on. On the early morning (2am) on the 4th they shut my cell off again and charged me another $15.80 to turn it back on. I have the $65 unlimited plan. My bill runs me $68 on the auto pay. I am leaving Cricket after this cell plan runs out at the end of the month. I called about it and they did nothing! Thieves!!!!

      Ported numbers over on a Friday evening from straight talk. Spent 2 hours in store to leave with 2 non working phones because the gentleman had trouble figuring out how to Get them to activate. Next day 1 phone activated. Called and spoke with 3 different representatives totaling 1.5 hours and no one could figure out why it wasn't active yet. Went to a different store woman was great but with contacts with customer service they advised her I would need to change my number because they believed it had a porting issue. The woman tried 2 other SIM cards and 2 other "e-****" and still nothing she had no other option but to change my number. Once that happened the phone still wasn't active. They sent me on my way again after 2 hours again working phone. On my way home from the store I figured out the issue. Called customer support to receive some sort of compensation for a force number change and 3 days with no service. I was offered a one time credit of $5.00. Which I feel is ridiculous. **************** is terrible. I contacted the first guy and he said he was going to do something and now he has stopped responding. I feel like I should get more than $5 for all of my time and having to change a number I had for a very long time.

      They charged me $25 to keep my phone on for 7 days. But cut my phone off less than that. They are a whole scam.I tried to speak to customer service about this they hung up several times. The most unprofessional company. I would prefer if nobody else got scammed as I did. Please help. Cause they won't. & I can't keep getting beat outta my money. If you need receipts I have them.

      Verified my phone was compatible with the company by giving them my IMIE # and after them saying yes paid for the service. Then support told me it is NOT. And they cant give me a refund. No refund for the sim card and no refund for the $30 service. This is what they told me after only twelve hours of doing business with them.

      I called on March 10 asked if they could suspend phone line. I either lost phone or stolen. Called back on the March 14 said I found phone. Please turn back on. I have to say each time I called I was on the phone an hour. They said ok. They had put it on the stolen list. Well one call turned into at least 8 more calls ( an hour each time) with them all telling me different things . I had to do to get the back on. Well none of them worked. I talked to supervisor at least 8 times with getting no where. I asked that person if I could talk to someone above him. He said their ain't no one. I was really mad. We go and one call they went in manually took it off stolenl list. We'll that didn't work. I tried to find corporate phone number with no answer. I asked them for number. They said don't have one. Need to say I have only been with this company for 2 months.i was very upset. I asked them if they would pay for a service if they couldn't use their phone. No reply. So we keep going to April first phone call or around then . They now tell me . It's my fault and I have to ask them to remove from stolen list. I all along was asking that. **************** had no clue what they were talking about, couldn't understand them all the time. From a different country. They were rude. Would give me no information after waiting on phone for an hour. First of all to get through to customer service it takes about 15 minutes. Each time the same message. So your already not a happy camper. It was after April 4th before the phone was on. I asked for credit. They told me no it was my fault. I was really upset. I was on ****** for at 2 days trying to find a way to get a hold of corporate. I got numbers but none of them worked. I do believe I need to be refunded the days I had no service. I am not I am going to continue to search and do what I have to do to be refunded. Don't call customer service tgey have no clue what's going on. The worst service ever.

      Cricket wireless sim locked my BYOD iphone, not allowing me to use the e-sim from the other carrier. I've been calling the customer service more than 10 times from last year, no use. Simply don't want me to unlock my own phone! I cannot use my own phone when I travelled abroad. I am on the monthly no contract plan. It is a huge scam for the claim of no contract, no penalty. I would've give it a zero star if I can.

      They will overcharge you after disconnecting your phone BEFORE midnight. Claiming that the time zone theyre in, is after midnight. Even though you may have NEVER been to that time zone, LET ALONE; THATS NOT where you signed & agreed to services

      Brought two iPhone 11 from cricket wireless paid cash. not happy with there service wanted to take my phone and switch service but cricket would not unlock the phones. they hung up on me twice

      This is the worst full service that anybody could ever decide to get. They rip you off they don't reimburse you for time that you have not use your service. They made a mistake on my account and then they wanted me to pay activation feed. I WI wouldn't know the Carrier and they would import my number over I bought my number to them. But I had to pay a full month phone service in order for them to port. My number and they were so disrespectful on the phone. They kept hanging up on the other customer service rep from the other phone company. And she even acts me to accept? Am I gonna get reimbursed for the service that I? I'm. Not going to use and cricket set no. They are the worst world's worst and my sister's in everybody in my family. That was on the family plant. They all went with another Carrier because they did the same thing to them cricket. I do not know how this company has been in service for such a long time. They are the worst.

      I pay for a service where I'm suppose to get unlimited 5g . I get unlimited 2g service. I hate calling customer service. They don't help. And specially don't listen to your concern. I been calling for almost 2 years. No help from Noone. Well actually I person did solve my issue . But when I mention it to the operator. They don't wanna help me out . I tired of going thru the same thing everyday. Its bs.
