      Yall!!! If you finance a phone through cricket and go through progressive leasing.. listen!!! So I got the iPhone 16 plus.. 1200.. I was approved 1400! ok so since I switched and brought my number over I was told the case, screen glass, smart watch and headphones are gifts through cricket. So we got the service ****** Progressive charged me ****** So my finance charge 90 day is 1400 12 month ******** And my payments are supposed to be taken out every other Saturday. Well they are doing it every other Wednesday before payday. So Im being charged ***** extra each day before Saturday! The watch, earbuds, tempered glass, and watch.? Are NOT gifts! Its put into the finance charges! So a regular Bluetooth watch im paying ****** ?earbuds ******. Case ******!!! I called cricket to cronfront them asked for a manager i was told!!!! Manager isnt in ok?? I need HR number?? Couldnt provide that Non of this is in the fine print!! If youre a cricket customer and leasing through progessive.. look into it

      If I could if I could give cricket zero stars I would, but it will not let me went into the store financed two phones. The representative told me that I got free gifts, smart watch, headphones, and screen protector in case come to find out I financed Everything that was supposed to be for free so Im paying almost $300 for a $70 watch. Im paying almost $200 for a screen protector and paying almost $300 for some EarPods that you can buy off Amazon for 20 bucks the phone alone is $1600 and Im paying $3000 because of all the add-on she said was free. I would like a refund on all The stuff that was said for free.

      I made a purchase at this Cricket Wireless location @ ******************************************************************************** back on March 15, 2025. I purchased a ******** brand, model: ************ 5 G 2024 android phone and was charged $354.87.. I did a inquiry at another Cricket store location on September 13, 2025 and was told i was overcharged for that type of device.. According to the source, that device was valued at only $150.00 during that transaction in March 15, 2025. No receipt was provided by cricket or a invoice summary of the purchase.. When i physically returned to that ************** location, i was told by a unidentified clerk, that the link for that transaction couldn't be accessed to show the summary of the charges. So, from other sources, this location has more similar complaints by other consumers for being overcharged for devices they store have in stock.. I'm seeking a full refund and will never conduct any business in the future at this ************** location

      The worst service i have ever used! Since we've had Cricket Wireless, its been nothing but a nightmare ranging from receiving AWFUL customer service to getting our phones hacked. We called customer support to switch my old cell phone with them to a brand new that i bought from them. What ended up happening was they switched my mom's sim card to my new phone and left her with no service at all. When we told customer support about the issue, they decided to give us a refund for the messed up sim and then told us to purchase a new one at my local store. SERIOUSLY??? ****, the people who work at the authorized retailer were the only ones with a single brain cell left that knew what they were doing. We then proceeded to call Cricket again to see if we could recieve a credit for non-working service and all they could offer us is $10 for our the inconveniences that have occurred. Is this a joke? I advise you to not do business with Cricket Wireless. STAY FAR, FAR, AWAY!!!

      Worst choice I ever made in cell phone service. I switched to them after 20 years with my old company. Got sent a Moto g 2025 you can't hear any calls it's chippy and static. My job requires me to be on the phone 98 percent of the time. I contacted cricket and they want me to mail my phone in and be without a phone until they can see if needs repairing. Are they for real?? That's just bad business. Worst mistake I ever made was switching to them. They have offices everywhere that could just switch the phone out after hearing it themselves , but expect me to go with out a phone. No ma'am . Stay far away from this company. It's no good.

      Cricket Wireless is a rip off. I can't receive emails on my Gmail account but when I called Cricket Wireless they told me call ****** so I called ****** they don't accept calls, they referred me to their website where I have to pay for help. Please boycott all Cricket Wireless Stores. If I could I would sue Cricket Wireless!!!!

      I have been with Cricket Wireless for over 10 yrs. In the last 2 yrs they've really,gone down **** Every month when my bill comes due I either go online on or my phone app to pay it Every month for 2 yrs , it takes me 2-3 days to get my bill paid 8/11/25 I fought all day to pay my bill. After I agreed to pay an extra $5 dollars they took my payment This is nothing but Extortion, if they are doing this to every customer, they are making thousands more than the payments The next day I changed wireless companies, I called today to have my payment refunded. I was told, because I paid in "advance", I couldn't get my money back! They always make me pay in "advance"I paid $75 in advance for next months bill, I want my money back, and if someone cared enough, I bet they are doing this to thousands of people. Making a killing

      Ported my number to cricket sat. August 2, 2025, services were still inoperable toady, August 7, 2025. Called customer service today, August 7, 2025, and spoke with a rude customer service representative whose name was never mentioned when answering the call. After several attempts of requesting a supervisor, I spoke with ****** (supervisor) who never asks how he can help but instead telling now that I decided to cancel my services that I wouldnt be issued a refund for my services that I have been unable to use for 5 days now according to the terms and conditions of a prepaid service which does not state that when a customer is unable to use their services due to the lack of service provided from the service provider. Then i request his supervisor (*****) who again is reading the terms and conditions of why theyre not issuing a refund and then later ask why I was canceling the service, if anyone had trouble shooting and then suggested we look into escalation which provided not guarantees of any resolution.

      Came in to cricket today on ********* and ************************************************************ a d*** head because I asked to speak with the manager he was yelling telling me get the f*** out his store then proceeded to call ********************************************************************************************* front of my child
