      Cricket Wireless is a rip off. I can't receive emails on my Gmail account but when I called Cricket Wireless they told me call ****** so I called ****** they don't accept calls, they referred me to their website where I have to pay for help. Please boycott all Cricket Wireless Stores. If I could I would sue Cricket Wireless!!!!

      I have been with Cricket Wireless for over 10 yrs. In the last 2 yrs they've really,gone down **** Every month when my bill comes due I either go online on or my phone app to pay it Every month for 2 yrs , it takes me 2-3 days to get my bill paid 8/11/25 I fought all day to pay my bill. After I agreed to pay an extra $5 dollars they took my payment This is nothing but Extortion, if they are doing this to every customer, they are making thousands more than the payments The next day I changed wireless companies, I called today to have my payment refunded. I was told, because I paid in "advance", I couldn't get my money back! They always make me pay in "advance"I paid $75 in advance for next months bill, I want my money back, and if someone cared enough, I bet they are doing this to thousands of people. Making a killing

      Ported my number to cricket sat. August 2, 2025, services were still inoperable toady, August 7, 2025. Called customer service today, August 7, 2025, and spoke with a rude customer service representative whose name was never mentioned when answering the call. After several attempts of requesting a supervisor, I spoke with ****** (supervisor) who never asks how he can help but instead telling now that I decided to cancel my services that I wouldnt be issued a refund for my services that I have been unable to use for 5 days now according to the terms and conditions of a prepaid service which does not state that when a customer is unable to use their services due to the lack of service provided from the service provider. Then i request his supervisor (*****) who again is reading the terms and conditions of why theyre not issuing a refund and then later ask why I was canceling the service, if anyone had trouble shooting and then suggested we look into escalation which provided not guarantees of any resolution.

      They took advantage of a mentally handicapped person. Even tho we told her an asked her not to sell her internet. So she sold her a full package.

      Came in to cricket today on ********* and ************************************************************ a d*** head because I asked to speak with the manager he was yelling telling me get the f*** out his store then proceeded to call ********************************************************************************************* front of my child

      This is the worst company to deal with at all somehow they lost my phone I just purchased they say its with *** yet *** hasnt even received the package yet and good luck trying to call and get through to anyone half of the people working there will lie to tell you what you want to hear so they dont have to deal with you and the other half have no clue whats going on

      DO NOT USE CRICKET WIRELESS. MY BOYFRIENDS EX GIRLFRIEND WAS ABLE TO WALK INTO A CRICKET STORE IN ********** AND TAKE HIS IDENTITY. THE EMPLOYEE WORKING SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR AN ID BUT THIS VERY DUMB PERSON DID NOT. CRICKET WIRELESS HAS LITERALLY DONE NOTHING TO HELP. DO NOT USE THIS **************.

      I just went to add two lines and the employee Name Sumyya S over charge me by adding equipment that I didn't buy plus she over that she didn't want to give me my receipt I told her I need my receipt and over that she told me I need to come back to her to pay my bill she gave me an amount I don't have to pay but to make sure I come back to her so she can help me pay less I left and call customer service and they say that they don't have my receipt order number at all they told me I have to go back and file a dispute will go back hope they do the right thing because this employee charge me a lot for just adding to lines such I had my divises all was just adding two lines so mad ????????I should not give not even one star

      Cricket customer service is the worse. I had a line transfered to another account and the person I spoke to put the $12.00 activation fee on my orginal account and then she moved the number to a new account but did not move the $12.00 so they shut off my lines and will not waive the reactivation fee eventhough it was the the customer service *** that made the error. So because of her mistake I have to pay the price.
