1 starTHIS COMPANY WILL SWOOP YOU IN AND SWEET TALK YOU AND CONVINCE YOU TO TAKE THEIR BUISNESS AND HAVE PHONES AND TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY RIGHT FROM UNDERNEATH YOU AND THEN IF AND WHEN YOU DECIDE YOU DONT WANT TO BE WITH THEM ANYMORE OR IN FACT YOU HAVE ANOTHER DEVICE AND YOU HAVE A NUMBER YOU WANT TO PORT IT WILL LITTERLY TAKE YOU ALL DAY AND NIGHT LITTERLY 12 HOURS OR PLUS MORE AND YOU GET NO SLEEP TRYING TO GET THIS DONE AND EXPEDITED, I HAVE SEVERE HEALTH ISSUES I HAVE A FEEDING TUBE IM VERY VERY SICK IM HOOKED UP MACHINES AND WITH NO PHONES OR PORTING OUR NUMBERS OVER IM IN DEEP WITH MY DOCTORS STAYING IN CONTACT OR CHECKING UP ON ME IM ALMOST TO THE POINT OF BEING PUT IN HOSPICE CARE CAUSE IN DECLINING REALLY FAST AND SO WE TRIED AND TRIED TO GET THEM TO PORT IT AND THEY KEPT TELLING US IT WILL IN A FEW HOURS WELL THAT DIDNT HAPPEN SO THEY MESSED US UP TOOK OUR MONEY AND THEN HAD THE GAL TO SAY OH IT WILL TAKE 3 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE YOULL GET YOUR NUMBER PORTED OVER THEY WONT EVEN REFUND US THE MONEY BACK THEY OWE US THEY TOOK OVER $130 DOLLARS FROM US AND THEN ON TOP OF IT THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON US AND THE ************ CAUSE WE WANTED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE CAUSE OF WHAT THEY DID I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THIS COMPANY A GOOD NAME DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO, WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT SO WE ARE GOING TO GO TAKE THIS FURTHER IM NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY DID THIS IS A VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD COMPANY AND YOUR LOCAL STORE WILL NOT HELP YOU EITHER CAUSE ALL THE WORKERS JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND POCKET THE MONEY AND THEY WANT A COMMISION FOR DOING THE CRAPPY STUFF THEY PRETEND TO TELL YOU AND DO THIS COMPANY ARE SNAKES AND LIERS DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY OR ESPECIALLY YOUR BANKING INFORMATION OR ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BE EXCITED ABOUT A NO CONTRACT C*** THEY WILL LITTERLY LIE TO YOU AND TO YOUR FACE I WOULD HATE TO SEE ANYONE GO WITH THIS COMPANY GO WITH **** GO THEM.Review fromAlejandro L

1 starI been a customer for this company for about 10 years I have always paid on time the best and unlimited package of $60.00 dollars a month it includes international calling to ****** but this morning I tried to call and a recording came up telling ne that my plan didnt include that service and as far as I know nothing has changed from my part and havent call them or contacte them to change it.Review fromCardell B

1 starThey don't care about their customers and their **************** averages a 0 out of 1000. Every 2 years they appear to shut off my phone and make me buy a new one. They know my service is not working(and I believe it's something they are doing) but refuse to give me a refund. Trash, just trash!!!! 1 starHorrible company complete lied to about refunds one person in customer service says since I wanted to cancel their service in the first 7 days I was due a full refund I went to the store I purchased the phone from and was told refunds are not honored as they are prepaid service. From the day I started the service I was lied to and told the service was slow the first day and to allow a few more hours to resolve. I called customer service and was told I was in an outage this is a scam I will never recommend anyone to cricket this is theft as they kept my money and I never reviewed services. I have filed a dispute with my bank and they advised cricket has not responded to the dispute this has been filed on June 3 please be aware of this company complete scammers and liarsCricket Wireless, LLC

1 starI am very disappointed in this business since I purchased a brand new phone and had to have a brand new number. I was not provided a brand new secure number and had someone who had previously had the number responding to my messages between my daughter and I. This was a total violation of privacy and a major security issue. The only way the company could correct the problem was to issue me a totally new phone number which should have been done, but they would not do so without charging me a $15.00 fee. In other words, I had to pay them a $15.00 charge to resolve a problem that I had nothing to do with creating and for which they were totally responsible. I in essence wound up paying for their mistake. I just think that someone should know about this since it's extremely poor business practice. Thanks.Review fromNatalie C

1 starI had the most appalling experience today with Cricket wireless. I spoke with agent ******* and he was very disrespectful and terribly rude. I kept on advising him he was speaking to me in an extremely unprofessional manor, and he stated he had been there a long time and he would speak as he wanted. I am beyond appalled how he spoke to me. I then via chat as no email option is available I tried to resolve my issue with ********** who refused to provide a reference number when I requested 7 times. I brought an unlocked phone into Cricket Wireless, and used it three months. I switched carries and now it is locked by Cricket. They stated the phone was never used on their network when it was used for three months. I only need it unlocked. After two hours nothing was resolved, they stated the phone was never on the network. I was treated so badly. I will never recommend the company. My phone can't be used until it is removed from the network. I do hope ******* received coaching on how to speak with customers. I will go to the apple store and see if they can assist me. I am repulsed by my interaction today, lack of professionalism, and respect. The issue is Cricket's and nobody was will to assist and resolve them.Review fromDonna S

1 starTheir cell service is inadequate I paid for unlimited data, cell service and text. I doordash for work and I can't hardly do my job using this particular service I am losing money. 1 starBeen a customer for idk, 20+ yrs. I currently recieve ***. They pay half my bill, $30 of $60, each month. Couldn't afford to pay the $30 I owed for the next bill cycle. So, I set up my account and was told i needed to pay a $15 bridge pay for an extra 7 days. Ok so, I went to pay and was told, I owed $0 today for bridgepay. They took the $15 from the $30 payment the *** made. Told me total due was $30.Couldn't believe it (extra money in my pocket) lol Anyway I wanted to be sure so I checked my account online. It said the same, $30 is owed. 7 days later I made an online payment. It said amount due is $30, it had a "pay now" auto button. I pressed it, and was told success. The following morning my phone was off. To be reconnected, I needed to pay the full amount of $60. Was told my amount due was actually $35. A $5 charge for bridgepay was added on, without my knowledge. I complained until I couldn't anymore because I didn't have any more money. I am on a strict budget. Was told if the agreement to pay balance $30 was not paid by the seventh day, then the full balance $60 would be due.Operator told me they sent a text implying I owed $35. I get reminders all the time. ****% of those messages say the same thing. My point is, I heard the txt, saw it in my notification. it was Cricket reminding me, ( I assumed because the message starts out *Reminder) it was telling me to pay $30, as I've confirmed the amount due, at least 3 times.This same thing has happened to a friend and daughter. Its not fair, this underlying way of receiving an extra month's money. In total, Cricket should absolutely state that there's a $5 bridgepay charge. Also the amount should have been updated as soon as I set up the payment arrangement. Really, why would I pay $30, leave a $5 balance. To have line suspended, to lose the $30 I just paid, and the $30 the government paid, to owe another $60? Make it make sense! 1 starThey sold me a defective phone-a flip phone for 2x the other prices; had $68 in fees they did not disclose in advance; when I tried to get them to replace it (a week later)-they refused and told me it was because I bought a flip phone. I went back 2 months later and had to use one of their phones to talk to customer service. Although I was standing in the Cricket store, they made me go to *** to have it "checked" and then had to wait 2 days while they mailed me a new phone with the EXACT same problem.When I contacted them by computer chat they wanted me to do the same thing all over again. The problem with the phones is that the person on the other end of any conversation just hears a lot of breaking up and if it is a robo answering service just hangs up on me.
