      In Dec 16 2023 I made a early payment in the amount of 50 then in December 28 I may another payment in the amount of 73 dollars will add up to 123 dollars the full payment for my cellphone cricket wireless took 50 plus 73 but refused to turn on my cellphone they told me that I now old 88 dollar when my phone was paid before my due date which is on the 29 of December 2023 I am stranded as I speak now cricket wireless has done nothing but trying to extort more money out of me i call my bank which is PayPal they are sending me proof that cricket wireless did accept the money but they keep telling me to pay 88 dollars when my phone was paid before my due date yes I had to do a bridge ******** to get a hold of my back and now they complaint against cricket wireless i have no medication on me I spent 4 days out in the middle of nowhere I live off grid there was no way that I can make a call to get someone to come out to help me because I had a blowout I slept out in the cold in my car for 4 days and I'm still out here I have missed some very important business calls due to crickets communication of not returning my service back on after I done paid for it in advance I lost a good job because of them and I lost the car because of them they start saying i wasn't paying the right amount when i was i been paying 123 for the past 3 years for my cellphone and my internet box im 61 year's old stuck in my car with very cold weather but cricket wireless refuse to handle and resolve this issue I did contact my bank they sending me the confirmation and the account number

      Never! Never! Never! use cricket mobile at *************** **************** is terrible. Clerk ***************** ****** is the worst I have ever experienced. Tried to return an Item due to the service being horrible and she flipped out being extremely rude and confrontational. When I asked for her name, she laughed and said nothing will happen to me my manager is right there. This is the kind of employes cricket wireless hires than shame on them!!!!! Never ever again will i step foot in a cricket wireless store. They got me for $200.00 but that's the price to learn a ****** about how not to handle business. Don't say I didn't warn you.

      I called customer service to inform them of a problem with their website's billing viewing. I normally am able to go to the website and print a copy of our monthly charges and proof of payment to correspond with our organization's credit card charge. This feature has a glitch and is not showing the full invoice nor the payment confirmation, though it is clearly on our credit card statement. That was the problem I called with, and they were unable to resolve it. The bigger problem is their customer service supervisor belittled me, would not listen to the problem I was having, tried to tell me that my credit card company was the one that should provide me with a detailed invoice, and then went off on a tangent intimating I was after a lower monthly price. It was very clear that this person, (******), was either just trying to get me off the phone or didn't have a clue as to how to resolve the issue or, more than likely, both. I have NEVER been so poorly treated by a CSR when trying to resolve what should have been a simple issue.

      I wish could it 0 stars. Anyways I order a *** card kit from this bogus company with the janky phone and services, I paid ***** on 10/02/23 and I received the *** card in the mail to my address. So I received the *** card and put it into my phone and soon I went to activate the *** card is was locked, they didnt set up a cricket wireless account for me, I didnt have a pin access code and the *** card was broken and defected. I went to cricket wireless on 10/04/23 and was there for 3 hours cause the young gentleman lied and said he could fix it when he couldnt and explained your company sold me a broke defected *** card offline and he said we apologize but it is nothing we could do about it. I said well can I get a replacement *** card since this one doesnt work in my iPhone 13 and he said you have to purchase another one Now why would I spent another ***** for the same exact problem to happen all over again, they really think people stupid and dont know what they doing. They are very slick and also BEWARE they SCAM and stole money out of my US BANK account when I provided documentation and proof of everything of the charges and *** card not working and me going inside of they company. I want my ***** back into my account. I never had a problem with any phone company like this one here beside ******** and Cricket wireless worst phone company ever honestly need be shutted down, sued. But it is explains why they have a major lawsuit on them though.

      bought a phone two weeks ago and it is defective...the store where I bought it did nothing to replace it...not a cheep phone and I got no help at all. I called customer service...they said go to the original store...called the original store and they said too bad so sad go through the manufacturer which I tried to do....they said too bad so sad you will have to pay a bunch more money to get us to send a new one...Now I am stuck...I have been with Cricket for over 12 years...even recommended it to friends...definitely switching to somewhere else say bye bye to a good customer.

      If you're willing to waste much ********* then Cricket Wireless has you covered! Bought a Cricket phone, accessories, service plan at ******** only to waste not only my $, but 4 days worth my time just trying to get it activated which never happened! I was shuffled from online support, back to ******** Cricket customer service, then to a local ******************** store, only to end up right back at ******* returning everything I purchased 4 days earlier, with exception to the "$50 service plan card, which are non refundable! Soooo, it cost me $50+ tax, to purchase a phone I couldn't activate, after dealing with every possible customer service, support, etc. available for 4 days, only to end up right back where I started 4 days earlier, with no phone still, & out $50 for a service plan that I cannot even use, & 4 days of wasted time, & still without a phone!!! I don't understand how this company can possibly still be in business with this sort of treatment of consumers, & potential customers that they have definitely lost this potential customer for ever! So if you're looking to purchase a cell **************** Do yourself a huge favor, forget Cricket Wireless even exists, unless you have much ******** to lose!!!

      I have spoken to cricket on several occasions and they over charged me and refuse to refund the extra $60.00 . I am on a fixed income and that was money of the other bills. I just want them to do the right thing and give me the money back

      On cricketwireless.com it gives you instructions on how to unlock your phone. These instructions are Sign in, go to Account Settings tab and select Get Code.Scroll down to locate the number of the phone you'd like to unlock.Select Request Unlock.The unlock code will be displayed on screen, as well as texted to your device. See next steps below. When you follow it's steps all the way to "request unlock" it then pops a banner on top of the website saying you HAVE to use the app. However, the app crashes. It won't open at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Rebooted the phone several times. My boyfriend's mom went to the Cricket store in *************** and they weren't able to help her either. She called twice waiting 20 minutes both times with no answer.

      I been with this company 20 years last 3 months have not been ******** my bill login don't work I spent over a hour trying with customer service change password a few time I was told it work on there side but never worked on my side we tried till I was tired of trying now I need pay again same problem as before when I try to pay it said oops this page not found . And they are quick to tell us about a Reconnection fee, when is there websites problem? Thank you, the internet is full of people like me complaining about cricket and not being able to pay their bills.

      I have been a cricket customer for a couple of years now and have never been more dissatisfied in my life. They knowingly sold me a defective phone and are trying to charge me minimally $100 to upgrade a defective device. I pay for top notch service and get less than what I pay for. If they do not fix this issue and give me a free upgrade, I will file a formal complaint with the BBB.
