    We purchased a king dual adjustable bed. We love this bed. Recently the bed doesnt connect to the apps, we done everything, restarted network, removed from network, reloaded app, etc. it doesnt connect to adjust the beds. They are stuck in one setting. My wifes setting is super hard and she hates it how do we fix? We have email and called several times with no response. We just want to get bed working again, when we loved it. Please help!******* and ****

    Purchased a bed and no product support or response. Purchased about 2 years ago and has 10 yr warranty. Bed is stuck on one side in full manual (fully inflated- hard) and other is stuck in automatic side at level 14 (out of 20). This causing all kinds of issues with sleep and pain- affecting both mine and my wifes ability to function. The bed was great when it worked- now with it locked in each position and NO product support or even a return email or call- We are not sure what to do with a mattress I paid $6000 for new just 2 years ago.

    As a retailer, we ordered product from this manufacturer and paid upfront. Since they have failed to send us our product or return any lines of communications. We paid for product and they are not sending it. To make matters worse, they have zero customer service. You cannot reach anyone by phone and when you send an email as instructed, you will never get a response. I do not like to blast companies publicly, but when you steal money, it needs to be known to all if a company is shady and you will not get what you pay for.

    Ordered the bed in November of 2021 and have had communication until July 2022. All communication has stopped and unable to get in touch with customer service and have made several email attempts. Phone calls only tell you to email customer support. Have email to request a refund, again because there are not phone operators, but zero response has been made to confirm our refund of $6627.00.

    I purchased a REST bed about a year ago. In store, there was a remote to the bed. When they delivered it, they said the app is the remote, which I was upset about. I also had issues connecting the bed to the app. I tried to return it but was told o was past my 30 days. Theres a 10yr warranty on the bed including parts. Last week I started having issues with the app where it wasnt connecting to the bed. I called rest and theres an auto message that says to email them. I did, more than several times and havent received any communication back. I called the original place that sold me the bed and they said that the rest company has gone radio silent since last year and that maybe theyre selling the company to another company!?!?? What!? He also said if the company closes down, I dont have a 10yr warranty. I continue to email the Rest company and havent gotten a response. This bed was 6k!

    I ordered a bed from them they said it be like 6 to 8 weeks I waited a year for my bed and never got it so I canceled my order and they have not given me a refund yet and it been 4 months from my cancelation my order number is ******

    The business has failed to reply to me through its support channel. The last communication I received from them was on 1.10.23. The company offered a 10-year warranty on their products when I purchased them and is not standing behind it. I have tried getting in touch for weeks now through email, chat, and phone. The phone number listed tells you to email them. That is not much help. I am seeking a reply and resolution as originally promised.

    I placed an order (#******) for a bed on May 28th, 2022. They said that there are some delays so it might take up to 2-3 months to deliver. I was ok with it. On September 9th, 2022 I asked if I could get an update and an estimated delivery date and they couldn't tell me anything except that there are still delays. After repeated update questions I Asked them to cancel my order and refund the money on Oct 21st, 2022. Now their updates are "Your refund is still processing" as of February 1st, 2022. They have not responded to my last message.My total order was: $5,499.00 and I am trying to get my money back.

    On November 28th, 2022 I ordered a bed from Rest that totaled $8,346.00 (Order #******). Two days later (November 30th) I sent an email requesting the order be cancelled (you can't call them). I followed up on that email with another one on December 2nd again requesting the order be cancelled and my money refunded. Also on December 2nd, Rest responded with the following: "Hello *****,We are sorry to hear that. This email is to confirm that your order (******) has been cancelled from our end. An email has been sent to the department in charge to add your name to their list and process your refund accordingly. Refunds can take about 5-7 weeks or more to be processed and reflected on your card (used for the purchase) or mailed as check. Be rest assured, you shall receive your refund when they get to you on their list. Thank you. " I followed up with other emails, including a final email sent today (February 24th, 2023). I have attached the entire email chain to this complaint. Thank you!!

    We ordered our bed less than two years ago and it has malfunctioned to a point where it is no longer usable. Upon switching from automatic to manual mode, one of the air ******** completely over-inflated and the pump lost connection making it impossible to adjust the bed any longer. The over-inflated air chamber makes it look like I've got a giant beach ball under my sheets. I've contacted "customer support" multiple times with no response.
