    Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered twice and the second package never arrived. We live in a doorman building and packages are logged appropriately ( delivered to doorman). The second package delivery said left at front door. When I pointed out this discrepancy and that the delivery was made to the wrong address bc the other packages that I got clearly said delivered to doorman they said no they delivered the package. When I asked for a replacement, they made me jump through several hoops ( per their request I checked with building, called the super, checked the building next door etc. I assured them the package never was sent. They finally said they can send me a replacement if I file a police report. I told them I dont have the time or bandwidth to go to the station and that I did everything they had asked already ( forwarded emails from my super, checked with the building next door etc) so I called my credit card to dispute the charge. They finally said fine theyll resend but I have to rescind the dispute. I told them a case has been filed already and that they need to respond to say theyll do their part before the case is closed. After 6 emails theyre like you have to call them. I told them multiple times I called them but they need to do their part to respond. They have not responded todate. I needed this package before my trip to **** - the comforter is a gift so I told them pls can you rectify this: still nothing. So absolutely disappointing. Would expect more from Rest. The issue is still not resolved after more than half a dozen emails. Pls dont waste your money.

    Trying to make a return is impossible. It takes forever, so many hoops to jump through. They dont want to help you. Have multiple request of pictures. Ive never encountered a company that requires so much work to return unused items.

    Horrific customer service. I ordered a cooling duvet that made me even hotter than a regular blanket. I promptly started the return process and the company is refusing to assist. Do not waste your money here!

    They stole my money. I ordered a King **** comforter and its been well over a month since I ordered it. They said they were expediting it via their support email, but that was two weeks ago. I doubt ill see my comforter, or $200 ever again.

    I purchased a Rest Original cal king ******** on 11/29/2020. I purchased this ******** for two main reasons: - the individual adjustability to allow it to deal with changing sleep issues - the sleep app that would provide the feedback necessary to dial in the optimal settings over time.The adjustability of the ******** is hampered by the pumps, which frequently lose connection with our phones, requiring us to go through the setup process over and over again. The sleep app has the same problem, rarely ever giving data for more than one or two nights, then just saying no data until I setup the app again. After months of having neither of the pumps connected to our apps, I got down on the floor again to reset them, and the app couldnt discover either pump after multiple attempts and deep scans.I called the tech support line several times in 2021 about the sleep app, and even sent our sleep data so that they could try to figure out why we were losing our connection and getting erroneous data (the data would often say that I was not present for the first 1-3 hours that I was in bed, which of course impacted my sleep score). The person I talked to said there were some known issues, but an update was to be released soon that would correct them. I never saw any update, and was never able to optimize the settings because I never had feedback. I think the bed has a lot of potential, but it is unrealized because of these problems. And the customer support? It now appears to be nonexistent. When you call the number, a recording tells you to send them an email, and they will call you back. I did, and they didnt. I spent $5600 on this bed, and am ready to throw it in the trash. What good is their 10 year warranty when they wont even call you back? Of all of the purchases in my life, this ranks number one on my personal Buyers Remorse List.

    Horrible customer service. I have called & emailed their customer service. They do not return phone calls & their email response is not signed with a name. I have had problems with the *********fi. In the past, I have spoken with **************** ******* helped, however ****** told me to follow the instructions in the Owners Manual. I have been reaching out to ReST for a couple of weeks. Luckily, I purchased the bed from Sleep City, so I phoned them in hopes they had a way to get in touch with ReST. Sleep City has taken it upon themselves to help ********* will deal with ReST themselves. I must say, I am a very satisfied customer of Sleep City. I will not purchase another item from ReST.

    Absolutely awful bed and terrible customer service. Ive been waiting MONTHS for a response after contacting RestBed SEVERAL times. Ive had so many issues with the sensors, pumps, the app and the bed disconnecting from the wifi. The bed doesnt inflate in the center and has been leaving my partner and I with chronic back pain. The times when we were able to reach customer service, they reassured us that each and every problem could be fixed and that other customers were not experiencing these problems; the resolution was to send us old/non working replacement parts. RestBed sent me a replacement sensor that is TOO SMALL for my bed and that DOESNT WORK, just like the one I had to get replaced!! Ive been without working sensors for months now, with no contact from RestBed. This has been the worst sleep of our lives and purchasing the bed is our biggest REGRET and now were stuck with it.Side note: Initially you were able to call the number and speak to a representative but now its through email, which has been unsuccessful in my case because I havent received a response

    Bed will stop working if you receive one. Have gone through multiple sensors, and recently customer service does not respond. Have reached out through multiple channels, including the **** with no resolution for a fix in a several thousand dollar bed.
