    Rest Performance, a mattress company has failed to deliver my order and has not provided me with a refund. I placed an order for a mattress with Rest Performance on November 24, 2021 and have yet to receive it.Since placing my order ******, I have attempted to contact Rest Performance multiple times to inquire about the status of my order. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from the company after I canceled the order. I have also requested a refund from Rest Performance, which they promised to complete but they have not issued one as of today, Feb 18 2023. They even tried to make more charges to my credit card instead of refunding the money paid.I am extremely disappointed with Rest Performance's lack of customer service and failure to fulfill their obligation to provide the product that I purchased. I believe that the company's behavior is unacceptable and violates consumer protection laws.I am hoping that the Better Business Bureau can intervene and assist me in obtaining a refund for my purchase or receiving the product that I ordered. I urge Rest Performance to take immediate action to resolve this matter and provide me with the service that I deserve as a paying customer.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I purchased a bed from ReST in August 2022. ReST sent several automated emails indicating all mattress orders were being delayed due to COVID-19 manufacturing delays. In December, after several emails (and ReST corporate officers blocking me on LinkedIn). ReST customer service finally responded telling me they expected to start shipping again in January 2023. They also gave me the option to cancel my order, which I immediately took them up on. They confirmed my order was canceled and that a refund would go back on my credit card in 5-7 weeks. Now nine weeks later I still don't have a refund. ReST isn't responding to emails or phone calls, and their website is no longer taking orders. I'm out over $6,000 and ReST can't be bothered to even answer an email to explain why I don't have my money back.

    On 4/2/22 I purchased a ReST bed for $6,248. On 5/2/22 I got an email from ReST stating that my order would be delayed due to supply chain issues.On 6/1/22 I got the same message that was sent on 5/2/22.On 11/11/22 I canceled my order and got an email from ReST that my order had been canceled and the refund would take 5-7 weeks.As of 2/15/23 It has been 14 weeks and I have not received any refund. They are no longer answering emails or phone calls.

    I ordered a ReST bed September 1st 2021. I have never received my bed and I requested a cancelation of my order and refund on November 4th 2022 and I have not received my refund. I have every email and correspondence to and from ReST but I do not have any refund.

    I placed my order for two smart beds on August 12, 2021.One bed was shipped on July 8, 2022.The other bed has not yet been delivered. It is a split king with gel grid, plus bed jets. I was told in an email from employee ******************************* that my bed was 13th in queue on December 13, 2021, and that they were shipping one bed per day on average. Based upon that information I expected my bed to be delivered within a month or so at the latest, but 13 more months have passed without delivery. I received an email from the company on December 8, 2022 stating that their supply chain issues had been resolved, and that they will be resuming volume shipment of ReST Beds around the first of the year. They also promised, each ReST bed we ship will include a surprise bonus.Since it is now mid-February, they obviously did not resume volume shipments at the first of the year.Now their website says they are not taking new orders.We have been waiting for over 18 months. Please help us get the bed we ordered. Thank you, *********************************

    - product under warranty - product defective - silent customer service. Only email. They do not respond. - very slow delivery. Website delivery window not honored They do not honor their side of the contract - they shouldnt be allowed to do business and Id like to be reimbursed. *** spent close to **** dollars on this product and Ive had it for 2 years only.

    I ordered a bed from ReST Performance on February 25, 2022 and made 10 payments for the total amount of $3,275.80. Since I never received the bed, I canceled my order (No. ******) on 12/1/2022 which they confirmed via email. I have not received my refund as of today (01/27/2023). I have tried to call and email several times and have not received a response. I would like a full refund.

    I ordered a bed from this company on 12/23/22 through the company website. On the website they state 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. I received an email receipt for my purchase. after not hearing anything for a few business days I replied to the email. 2 days later I received a response informing me that they have a 14 to 16 week lead time. This was not mentioned on the website. I then requested a full refund and to cancel the order. A week later I received a response saying that the order was canceled and the refund referred to the department that handles refunds. 3 more business days go by. I sent another email. I received a response stating that the refund would take "5 to 7 weeks or more." My purchase was over $5000.00.
