    This company is horrible. They will not allow me to return the items I bought, I hate the product - why would I want to return for something else? The product ***** - yes it can cool but be ready for a fight with your partner all night as the comforter doesn't stay put. It's horrible. An even bigger problem is the customer service department, they will not help me. I have sent them all the information, multiple times. I've provided photos and told them exactly how I want this handled. Only to get crickets - I should not have to email the person THREE times before they bother to reply to the chain between us. WARNING - STAY AWAY. The product isn't worth this or the arguments you will have being up all night with it falling of the bed. **************. The company cofounders have been sent specific emails to their LinkedIn profiles. I've reached out to them on ********. And NOTHING.

    *** purchased in 2021 with full 10 year warranty. Bed pumps failed and now there is no customer support. I have not been successful in contacting anybody via email or phone. I cannot confirm if they are out of business or not. There is no longer an app and the product is wholly dependent on an app since it is a wifi-enabled product.

    The product needs an app to function. Theres no app anymore. Im still under warranty for another 5 years. Ive already spent close to 2 years not being to use this product because the business went ***

    I purchased a mattress from Rest Performance that included a 10 year warranty. My mattress began to fail in 2024. I reached out to the firm in June 2024. It took them until August 2024 to respond and diagnose issue. They confirmed in September that I qualify for the warranty, as a component has failed. They were to replace the item. It is now almost April 2025 and I have not received the item nor have they responded to follow up emails.

    I bought two of these beds in 2020 & now one of them the sensor mat does not work along with the pump. The bed is useless and now I can not sleep on this bed any longer. The company appears to be out of business and I don't know what to do. I spent several thousand dollars on each bed and they are now useless without parts to repair them. Please help.

    I placed an order and only received part of the shipment. Order#US24209803 I did not receive the sheet starter set with the fitted sheet and pillow cases. I only received the blanket and free flat sheet. I sent pictures of the delivery phot and shipping weight. The company called and said they would replace it and were filing a claim with **** They now will not answer or return my calls.

    Bought a rest bed in 2021 and it took a year and a half to get the bed. Bed was delivered summer of 2022. The end of 2022 a sensor went out and we contacted rest for a replacement. They said we're in a queue and they are behind in their factories. It's been 8 to 9 months with no response since ***** saying were still in a queue. We just bought a sleep number bed and spent a huge chunk of money on it because the bed is unusable. Without the sensor on one side it stays hard as a rock and swapping the sensor from the other side only adjusts for that one movement then we have to swap the sensor to the other side. I've been sleeping on the couch because the bed is unusable.

    Pumps have had to be replaced. The replacements are even worse than the original issues we were having and the bed is unable to be slept for the following reasons...1. Pump runs non stop without filling the bed to set firmness 2.unplugging pump results in mattress deflating 3. 2nd pump side of bed does not detect person on it, does not adjust accordingly We ended up not sleeping together, having back/hip issues and pain daily.Phone numbers are disconnected and email is now "undeliverable" without the issue being resolved.This was over a $5k mattress and carried a 10year full warranty. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

    I purchased two Rest Performance beds in 2020. The company has since shut down its technical support and is not honoring its ten-year warranty. The beds have constant app-related issues making them fairly useless for their intended purpose.

    Purchased a King *** for over $6,000 from company. Bed is broken, Company acknowledges it is broken, yet cannot repair it. I have been promised parts for over 6 months on a *** they FULLY warrant for 10 years after the purchase. Still, no parts, a *** that does not work and only causes physical pain, and now they will not even acknowledge my emails.
