    Date of purchase: 2/15/2021 but mattress was not delivered until end of July 2021.Company has a 10 year warranty on every mattress sold. Bed has stopped working correctly, app doesn't even turn on, and have contacted them for over 12 months with zero replies. Phone numbers listed on their website are not working. Emails go without reply. There are no way to contact them.

    We bought a rest bed a couple of years ago with a 10 year warranty. Now we are having problems with the pump and connecting it and cant get anyone to respond and the phone numbers have been disconnected.

    July 2020 we bought two XL Twin Rest-Beds. One has been satisfactory since that person can sleep on most anything. The other person can't. All the problems stated in the complaints below are relevant to our experience. On the one bed we have had multiple replacements of pump, as well as other parts of the bed. For awhile, we were working with ***** at Rest-Bed. Now we can't contact the company and as others have stated.......are they out of business? We Would like a refund of the one bed, at least. Also, there are the back-aches that have been caused by the Rest-Bed not working properly, so also would like compensation for pain and injury.

    We loved the bed when we bought it in 2020...the wi fi connections don't work. We were promised replacement parts for 6 months now and they've never arrived. Phone numbers are disconnected. Can't find them listed as a company with the **************** or that *******************, the **** as an owner or principal. Can't find that they've filed for Bankruptcy...cant even find them as a ****************** Like others, we are out over $6000 and a 10 year warranty means nothing!! We would like our money back or the parts to repair the bed.

    Our mattress from ReST has been consistently broken since original purchase in June 2020. While ReST was initially very helpful in getting issues resolved, they have gone completely dark with communication. Our mattress has been broken since December 2022 and ReST has stopped responding to emails again as of June 2023, despite promising replacement parts for months.ReST Support had seemingly ignored my emails from mid-December onward until a May 2023 (seven months later) and only after I reached out to Support again myself. ReST provided zero updates, disconnected the support phone line, and when finally queried again by me, shipped the incorrect items to fix the mattress in May 2023, and has stopped responding since.This has been immensely frustrating for my wife and I as we have been sleeping on a broken mattress for the past ten months and have had to repair the mattress multiple times since the initial purchase. From the time we received the mattress in June 2020 to June 2022 we had replaced a sensor pump three separate times, and had to replace sensor mats twice. In two years, we have had six different failures that basically rendered the whole point of the mattress void until repaired.It has become abundantly clear over the last ten months that ReST will not be able to honor the 10-year warranty we agreed to when the mattress was purchased and is still stated on their website.At this point, I am asking for a full refund of the mattress. Ours is in near-pristine condition (minus the broken parts we are trying to have repaired), and are willing to accept willing to accept a refund minus the shipping costs of returning the mattress to ReST. We purchased the mattress under goodwill and understanding that ReST stands by its product after talking to many people at the company, and we are now asking that they honor that claim.

    I ordered the sheets and comforter as part of their 30 day "no questions asked" return policy. I did not experience the products touted advantages and went for a refund online, where I was presented with many questions as to why, and then found out that they require all original packaging, which had been thrown out due to shipping damage. I requested a refund and was told that they "Stick by" their unpresented policy that the original boxes are required. This is a scam.

    We purchased this mattress in September of 2020 for over 5K. We got the run around about delivery over and over and didn't receive the mattress for many months. I know it was COVID times so we made allowances. We purchased the mattress that touted the PURPLE grid, but then at the last minute I realized they stopped saying "Purple" and realized they did a bait and switch and were utilizing their own grid instead of PURPLE's. This is the reason we went with this mattress and were very annoyed. Fast forward to delivery, no set up at all. Terrible service and not what we PAID for (white glove delivery). Now to the real issues. The pump fails to work correctly and it is now impossible to connect to the wifi for the pumps. This has made this mattress practically useless. We can't do anything with the settings. We have reached out by calling and emailing since Feb. 2023 (even though the problem was going on before). I would love to be able to purchase something different but this was the mattress budget for years!

    After visiting the showroom in ******* in May of 2022, we ordered a mattress, sheet set and adjustable base and paid $7,267.99. ReST promised delivery in ***** weeks; they then extended to ************************************************ reverse charges from the credit card company had expired, they informed that it would be several more weeks before our bed would be delivered. In February 2023, they sent an email that production was back up and running, but have not responded to any emails or telephone calls since that time. No product, no response; please just give us our money back if you cannot produce the product.
