    Spent over $5k on this bed. Has recurring issues with pumps, internet connection, motion pad. Weve had 2 replace both pumps and one motion pad already. Now another pump and/or pad issue causing half the bed to go flat. Ive been sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks. There is no functioning customer service line. You are instructed to email only. It has taken weeks to get a response. Ive been emailing daily. Finally got a response and was told they have no replacement parts. At this point I want them to take this mattress back and reimburse me. Im done sleeping ion the floor and being ignored.

    My bed was purchased on 7/2/2022 on order # ******. I have contacted the company multiple times for updates on my order, which have gone unanswered. I was initially told a ***** week lead time. As of 12/27/2022 I have no bed and no updates if i will even receive a bed. The numbers provided only lead to recorded messages to email the company. I am cancelling my order and requesting a full refund, but cannot get confirmation of this happening due to no communication from the company.

    I paid for a Rest Performance mattress December 8th, 2022.of 2022 for a total of $6299.00. It is now December 2022, and I haven't received the bed, nor any updates or news about the order. I had been communicating with someone in customer service until August 2022. Since then I have tried calling the phone number on the company website, for updates on my delivery and the phone number does not work. Then I tried emailing Rest Performance for updates many times and I have not received a reply back. After so many attempts without getting a reply back, I emailed Rest Performance for a refund on October 6th, which I did receive an email confirmation that my order was cancelled, but I still have not received a refund. At this point in time, I am tired of chasing them. It seems as if, I will never get the products I paid for. Therefore, it is only fair that I get my money back. I do not understand how a company can do this to a customer.

    So, I purchased this bed on 02/11/2020 Was very happy with purchase however pump does not always stay connected to WiFi. Motor's have been replaced at least 3 times and 2 pads in such a short time now 12/15/2022 as I am writing this review. Which I was ok being patience with this company. I have 2 beds my Wife at her old house has also had her pump replaced 2 times. Now my bed one side will not stay connected even after resetting. On 07/2022 purchase the purple topper. Still have not received it. I sent email 3 weeks ago as brand new motor also faulty will not read sensor pad. This company does not respond to email when you email them at ********************************************** I called former general manager who is also no longer with the company. I text **** who is now taken this ************* I am told that I am not to contact him I had to go through proper channels. I have had enough of this company. Go look at ********** not as nice as Rest Performance but they answer the phone and are glad to help better warranty. You have to adjust ******** 3 ******** on each side manually. I am very much looking forward to this bed. I am one of many asking for help and a refund. This company started out being great now turned into something no so great. Whoever is in charge here should be ashamed of what they are running. I see many reviews on ******** of many who have not received their order some over a year.

    I have owned this bed almost 6 years. After severe back surgery, it has offered great relief. $7,000 well spent!Until it wasn't. A 24 volt power supply for the pump, went south. Probably a $50 part. I have emailed, and used their contact form on their website, and have gotten zero response. I don't want to use a non-proprietary power supply, and void my warrantee, if that even exists.Again, up until now, has been a quality product, I just wish they'd stand behind their warrantee, seeing as I spent seven grand.

    Ordered a king size mattress valued at **** from rest on November 26th, 2021. I was told at that time that there was about a 3-month delivery date. In early 2022, I had ongoing Communications with the rest staff regarding order status and continue to be told that it was in process. On July 26th of 2022 I canceled the order and requested a refund of payments that have been made thus far totaling approximately $2,600. Since then I have had no answers to email or phone correspondence from rest. I have not received full or partial refund of payments made.
