1 starStay away. I have advertised with them for a while. Recently I put my account on hold because of the mass volume of poor quality leads. Networx kept calling me almost every day and the guy was very rude. He kept demanding why I put my account on hold several times after I told him why. Then I patiently went through dozens of leads with him explaining why they were poor or even junk leads. He then hung up on me. This guy aught to be fired and management aught to train some professional help instead of using thug mentality.Networx really needs to develop a system to validify their leads before they send it to contractors. Management over there has to get their act together. If I owned the company I would fire all management and start over. Do you really think you can keep happy contractors with this type of mentality?

1 starI was scammed by one of their so called professionals referred to me by Networx. This person Networx recommended, was totally unqualified and caused further damage to my home. Networx does not want to remove this scam artist from their network, fearing loss of profits, in total disregard for the customers that get scammed.Networx Systems, Inc.

Thank you for the critique. We were sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience with the contractor. We understand your insistence that the contractor be removed from our network and your disappointment that he has not been. We contacted both sides in an attempt to generate a resolution, but the two sides were too far apart to achieve a resolution. The contractor was insistent that your review be removed. You were insistent that the contractor be removed from our network. To the contractor's discontent, your review remains displayed.The contractor initially joined our network last April and this is the first complaint that we have received about him. Though we remove contractors from our site when there is more than one complaint about a contractor, it is unreasonable to remove a contractor from our network simply because one homeowner is insistent on it and has submitted a BBB complaint.Before you submitted the BBB complaint, we explained to you that if an impartial third party like a judge would side on your behalf, we would remove the contractor. You explained that you were taking legal action and requested our email to share with us that judgment, which we provided.After we explained to you the reason why the contractor had yet to be removed from our network and shared with you how the contractor would be removed once your complaint was corroborated by a similar homeowner complaint or by an impartial party, you submitted this BBB complaint. If we remove a contractor from our network anytime one person has a concern about a contractor though no one else had, there would be very few contractors for homeowners to connect with, as it is not possible to keep everyone happy all the time.Review fromChristian N

1 starI would not recommend this service to any contractor or homeowner. Iv been using Networx for over a year. They have good and bad leads. The good leads only come after you spend thousand of dollars and deal with rude customer service reps. I was told I could not get refunded for leads that qualified as bad leads. I am a roofing contractor and was getting charged 100+ dollars for leads that werent even in my category or profession. This caused me to spend hundreds of dollars on bad leads. I was called by **** who is a service manager and he just gave me the run around about how I couldnt get refunded due to their policys. Iv sense paused my account with intent to cancel my service once I speak with a manager and get my refund back that I am owed.Networx Systems, Inc.

It is concerning to hear this kind of feedback. At Networx, we strive to provide high-quality leads to our contractors. However, we understand that sometimes leads may slip through our ***************. In such situations, we are committed to providing prompt and fair resolution to all credit requests. After a review of your account history, we do see you have received some leads that required credit. We also see leads that have been categorized as jobs that were "won". With all types of advertising, there are ebbs and flows but we hope that you have seen an overall return on investment in the end. 1 starI think this company should be investigated by the government and Im doing all my best to gather all the contractors that got their money stolen and we are going to *** this company through the system of court. To confirm, the account was deactivated on 12/21/23 and a confirmation email was sent to the following email addresses, **************************** and ************************ Per the phone call you had with our team, the account has been closed and you will no longer receive any additional charges from Networx. 1 starIf I could leave no star I would. We were suckered in and have NO LEADS to show for our money. I agree this is the worst lead company out there. We have had the same bad experiences with them as all the other one star reviews on here. Multiple leads that don't even know why we called is what we got.Networx Systems, Inc.

1 starThis platform is a joke. It's ridiculous. I tried to cancel and they won't let me. I see it's a scam and want my money back before I fall into another home advisor scam. Why do fake leads? 1 starThis company is fraudulent. I tried to cancel my leads, they claimed they were sorry to hear about my bad experience and issued a credit so I can give them another shot with receiving leads. I agreed to use out the credit and if I changed my mind to reinstate receiving leads I would notify them. Then once the credit was used out and I was still not satisfied they charged my card on file to continue receiving leads. I call again and firmly stated I want to CANCEL, they then after 20 mins finally said okay theyd cancel me and send an email to confirm. I have yet to receive the cancellation confirmation. I requested that they remove my stored credit card information in which they claim they cannot delete my card information. I attempted to do so myself but their site does not allow me to remove my card on file either. Please be aware of this companyReview fromDave C

1 starNetworx is a complete scam. I say this not as someone who has used the service but as someone who has worked for them. They send out bad leads all the time and expect for you to be so dumb that you wont report them. You might as well throw your money away. Chargeback on them now!Review fromall plumbing services .

1 starNetworxs is the worst lead company i have ever used out of 36 leads 1 person answered the phone . when you call it just rings or a computer will answer. I have called networx and asked then to give me a few company's so I can check as a reference and they wont do it . this company is a complete scam.Networx Systems, Inc.
