1 starThey have a system where they provide recycled leads and even wrong customer information. When they provide the contact information, we have a way to check if the number is valid. Networx will scam people for fake leads. Once you dispute them for fake and unresponsive leads, they will sometimes provide you with credit. A few minutes after getting the credit, they will again send recycled or fake leads which will never respond. For the year 2024, we only have 2 leads scheduled for an estimate with us and both even rejected the estimate. The rest of the 60plus leads are either unresponsive, mistakenly put in a request, or will tell you that they already work with someone else.Networx Systems, Inc.

1 starI was contacted by a Network representative, who was very aggressive and assured that Network would provide more leads than I could handle for my small Home ******************** After paying the initial fee of $350, and 3 months later, I've only received 1 lead. I contacted Network and requested a refund, but was denied. The representative said "why not just leave money as a backup." Obviously, he has no idea how much it cost to start up a business and that $350, could pay for advertisement from another company, that could actually provide leads.Networx Systems, Inc.

Unfortunately, we were unable to answer your questions without learning more about you and the type of leads you are looking to receive. 1 starI've been interested in Networx for Leads for my company. They reached out in August 2023, and figured I'd try. Some of the info told to me was; we have better catered leads than companies like home advisor etc. I said: "so, I shouldn't see leads for other work outside of my field?" and was told no - you should see less than our competitors (of course I was skeptical) [sic]. I asked how many leads are y'all projecting for my field in the next month? - they told me 12 to 15 leads - I said that sounds great! I got one lead that next month. Then after another month of getting no leads I called, and they told me they have an option on their end to ramp things up - I said OK but I only want my-proffesion-leads and nothing else. Then I started getting several leads not in my field which requires me to submit a credit and made me call back to Networx for the problem. Long story short every time I called there was always a better fix on their end (so they say) and the leads got worse. I don't have time to be managing Networx as a side gig. I make $50 an hour in my profession on average and Networx probably consumed about 6 hours of my time just in phone calls on about 10 to 12 leads. They were also reluctant on returning back my money that I deposited with them. The particular ************* refused to escalate the situation to someone hire than him and after a 35 min. phone call he finally refunded my money (but not the incorrect leads). In that phone call I lost two jobs due to not being able to answer on a Monday morning. If they would have resolved the issue sooner, I would not be out of about $600 this morning and have the call log to prove it. It seems they do not understand what small business owner's responsibilities are and do not cater to their customers well. I don't recommend using this company for lead generation due to unprofessional values, dishonesty of services and a poor business structure to cater to their customers. 1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We specifically said we only wanted leads from customers who want service from us.The sales people agreed to give only the leads werequested.Then, leads given are emailed to us, we contact the customer and they tell us they have no desire for any service, do not even want someone to come and give a free quote.Now they have charged our credit card for over $1200, they admit $900+ is still unused, but they will not close our account until they spend that money as well.Networx Systems, Inc.

However, according to your account history, there seem to be 5 leads that you were able to estimate. Additionally, of the 3 leads that were reported for credit all have been approved. We realize our initial response was incomplete. It appears you have received far more leads than initially stated since opening the account in October 2023. Since that time you have been in our Exclusive Lead plan receiving leads that are only shared with you. Recently you added our Direct Call plan which is an add-on product. In that plan, you receive leads via direct calls from the homeowner. We understand you requested to only receive leads from that plan but unfortunately, it is only available as an addition to the standard service. It makes sense to prefer leads that call you directly and hopefully one day we will be able to offer this as a standalone plan. If there were concerns you had over the last 7 months unfortunately we were unaware. This is because the first time you contacted our team since opening the account was on 3/17/24 when an individual by the name of **** called to inform us he would be managing the account going forward. While reviewing the account it appears 12 leads have been categorized as "won job" in your online dashboard, congratulations. 1 starA low life marketing firm using baseless, and fraudulent Homeowner contracting leads, In a way that should be investigated by the *** So, their target market is desperate contractors in need of work, for $350 a month they Networx will provide your company with viable leads!!!! or so they say. This is where they scam you, they provide you with worthless leads, Then they counterattack your company by stating you didn't act quick enough, or another contractor got the job, so on and so forth, they lead your company on for a couple of months.until your fed up, !!!!!! They have harassed me countless times, told them to stop and they still harass me and I'm not even a subscriber,So buyer beware this is a fraudulent marketing outfit from **************** Custom Masonry ********* ****Robert S.

Certainly, some customers do not have the best experience and this drives us to continue to find ways to improve the quality and experience of our service. 1 starOne of the worst lead services I've tried. On top of being the 30th caller every time, even calling within the hour. Half the leads are fake or dead ends. An entire month and not a single real job or opportunity to recoup my money. That's business though, and I cab accept that. But today I had a sales man call me. I believe his name was **** with an 830 number. Asll he wanted to do was talk over me. Tell me what I was doing wrong and argue with me. I hung up because I have work to do and he called me back. Then again after hanging up on him a second time. Please leave me alone. This service is garbage.Networx Systems, Inc.

1 starWe read these reviews and bought anyway from a nice Rep named ************************* who said he worked there years and that they dont rip people off and that he personally would help if problems came up.1: They KNOW they have bad leads going out in several categories. We wasted all our money on like 4 bathroom leads that were absolute trash.2: The auto refund policy is a BLATANT LIE. They never auto refund and I was able to get one refunded after wasting 5 days.3: There IS a systematic obligation to re buy and you CANNOT cancel it. This means we were lied to about no obligation.We were lucky and got 1 job out of our initial 500$ buy in, it landed us $2500 and were able to break even after changing a number on our credit card so they couldn't fraudulently re bill us after we requested not to be. It is just as bad as *****'s, STAY AWAY PLEASE.Networx Systems, Inc.

Congratulations on the job you won. It's unfortunate to hear you don't feel Networx is a company by which you can continue to gain new customers. We strive to provide high-quality leads to our contractors. However, we understand that sometimes leads may slip through our ***************. In such situations, we are committed to providing prompt and fair resolution to all credit requests. In your case, it appears you only submitted a request for 3 out of the 12 you received. This is typically an indicator that a customer is happy with the leads they have received. If there are other leads that you felt deserved credit, we simply were not aware of them. You mention changing your card information to avoid being billed after requesting that we no longer do so. This is troubling as the only time you contacted us was on 1/31 to report a lead. Any request to close your account was not received until today when this review was left, and at that time a cancel request was opened.
